Kyurem let out a breath that filled the room with foggy cold air, making it hard to see Ghetsis. I could only see the glint of his red eye piece and some features of his face, grinning evilly. I gritted my teeth with rage. I couldn't control my emotions. I thought of N laying in the corner, his body now hidden by the fog. Bloody. Frozen. Lifeless. I painfully moved my hand to my head and started to cry, the tears stinging my face as they went into my cuts, but I didn't care. I couldn't do anything anymore. I couldn't think, I couldn't move, I couldn't win. All I could do was weep for my friend. My love. My everything. Though my tears, I saw Ghetsis walk towards me with Kyurem by his side. "Now..." he said. "Now that the freak is gone, there is no more threat! No more interference! Now... we can continue this, Touko."

"He's not a freak!" I screamed, trying to reach up and hit him, but I was too weak and my arm just flailed in the air. "You killed him! What did he ever do to you?!" Ghetsis's smile faded.

"Fine, if you really want to know why," he growled with annoyance. "Betrayal."

"What?" I whispered, confused and my eyes wet with tears.

"You heard me, idiot!" he cried, stepping hard on my hand with his foot. I heard a crack and I screamed with pain, collapsing to the ground. "He betrayed me. I told him that liberating Pokemon was the only way for them to be happy, until you came along. He followed you like a Lillypup, not remembering what I taught him, so clueless, so naive." he said.

"He... Works for you?" I asked weakly.

"No. He is my son." said Ghetsis. N... Is his son?! I thought.

"You... You murdered your own son?!" I cried. "How could you?! How could you do such a thing?!" Ghetsis placed his foot on my head and shoved into the floor. Black spots appeared in my vision and I became very dizzy. He leaned closer to me.

"I did it because he was no use to me anymore. He was only the pawn for my greatest plan to take over Unova!" he whispered menacingly.

"No... You... You won't get away with this!" I said, my vision blurring up. Ghetsis smirked.

"Not after I crush you!" he growled, applying more pressure to my head. I let out a scream, and suddenly, a flash of white light blurred in front of me. I guessed it caught Ghetsis's eye too because he stopped to look around. Another flash of light, this time an orange one, flew towards Ghetsis and hit him, making him stagger back. I felt the heat of the light brush against my cheek. Was that... Fire? I wondered. Soon, the white blur took the form of a dragon that landed on the ground. Someone was on the dragon, but I couldn't tell who it was, everything was still blurry. The person got off and walked towards Ghetsis. Another gray and light-blue blur appeared from the fog, I guessed was Kyurem. It growled angrily at the white dragon.

"Kyurem, listen to me!" a voice cried, it was the person. "Ghetsis's goal isn't what you think it is! He wants to take over Unova! Capture all of your friends! Rule the world! And he could only do it with your help! Please, Kyurem, you've got to believe me!" The voice seemed familiar, but I was too weak to remember who it belonged to. I heard a growl and a freezing cold air filled the room. Finally, I couldn't stay awake anymore. My body gave in to the pain, and as I closed my eyes, I saw two light blue eyes, staring at me sweetly, almost putting me into a trance. A peaceful one.
