Dear diary,
Can you believe it? The year gone past so fast its Christmas today! In 6 days, it will be a brand new year!
Me and my family don't usually celebrate Christmas, and neither does my best friend- Xinyu and her family. And since it was Christmas, her family's shop is quite busy, so her father could not be with them on that day, so we celebrated Christmas together!
My mom bought macarons and log cake for us to eat. It was sweet, of course! We had a very enjoyable time NOT really doing anything "christmassy". We just played some Twisters, Roblox, and Jungle speed. Sure, you might say its childish, but as long as you have had fun, its worth it. :) When they left my house for home, my room was a mess. Here's the description:
The living room was kind of okay, just fruits and food and bubble tea everywhere over the table and sunflower seed on the floor.
My study room had the twister carpet on the floor, and because the room was a bit small, we decided to move the tables and the bookshelves to the wall, which makes just enough space for the big carpet. So basically, all of the furniture was not in their original places.
We played Jungle Speed in my bedroom so cards were strewn everywhere on the floor, under the table and all. I had a VERY "enjoyable" time cleaning up and returning everything to its original places (which meant moving the tables to get the cards underneath). I am so tired now I could just fall asleep standing.
Xinyu is a great piano player. She's at level 8 right now while I'm... well... self taught, so its basically... level 0. She can learn a song in 3 days but cannot memorize how to play while I cannot read the score, uses 3 months to learn, but can memorize how to play. Which is more worth the effort? I would say Xinyu's. I'm awed by her talents, to be honest.
My mother bought me 2 hanfu and 2 modern hanfu. They are really beautiful with all the accessories and all. The only thing I'm missing is a shoe to match with all those. But its okay, it works.
School will be starting soon and it will be harder than Secondary 1 (I mean, DUH). We have to put in effort in learning both the new topics and the old topics. The holiday was 3 months long, a good break from 9 months of school (YEAH its been pretty enjoyable). So now, we must focus! Study! ( though I also don't want to TwT) {Hopefully} Defeat those better then us!

I AM NOT, I REPEAT, NOT GOING TO ACCEPT ANY OF UR DISTRACTIONS, A.K.A., WHATEVER CONFESSIONS. NEITHER AM I GOING TO PAY ANY ATTENTION TO U IF YOU R GONNA TRICK ME! I'M JUST GOING TO STUDY WELL, PROVE MY FAMILY MEMBERS ABSOLUTELY WRONG, AND ACHIEVE WHAT I ALWAYS LIKED (ain't gonna tell you what it is)!
