I thought I'm finally calm but my tears suddenly poured out when I saw Levi outside our house. I ran hugged him tight. I buried my face on his chest and sobbed harder.
"Kasi... I thought I'm finally okay. Kasi matagal na naman 'yon but I saw him again. He was treating me like nothing happened. Like I didn't confessed to him. Like he didn't rejected me. I get that it happened a long time ago, and I know that he's really nice pero hindi ko pa rin makalimutan—" I stopped talking when Levi scooped a spoonfull of ice-cream and feed me.
"Ang sabi niya noon ay bata pa daw ako. That my feelings would eventually fade like a forgetten memory. Sabi niya ay tatawanan ko lang iyon but it didn't happen! Bakit masakit pa rin? How can he say that? Hindi naman ako pangit, di ba?"
I saw the sides of Levi's lip rose up for a smirk. I smacked his arms in annoyance.
"Bakit? Inaano kita dyan?" he asked innocently.
I rolled my eyes.
"Sino ba kasi ang nagsabi na pangit ka?" he asked. He held my chin and lifted it up a bit to scan my face thoroughly. "Hindi ka naman pangit ah, ang ganda-ganda mo nga, e."
I smirked, satisfied at what he just said.
"See? That's what I mean? Maganda naman ako, right?" I asked again. I asked again.
I noticed that his face is now bright red. He gulped and looked away.
"Of course your beautiful, Bella."
