The rest of the school day was very boring. The teacher droning on and on about a boring subject that you weren't even listening to because you were too busy looking at the window while staring off into space. You were thinking about them, they were on your mind, a/n was on your mind. You've went months trying not to think about them or what happened.

"No," you quivered. Tears started rolling down your face as your went from blank faced to an emotional wreck. (Y'all gotta use your imagination for this one) Seeing your best friends dead body covered in dry sweat, blood and dirt and missing a hand and part of their face. "We found their body attached to a large branch and under it was a huge pool of dried blood mixed into the grass," you over heard the police officer say. "Did you know them?" The officer questioned. "Yes we were hanging out at this forest yesterday," you explained. The officer told you that they have a couple of questions to ask you. You said ok and called your mom to tell her what's going on, she said she'll meet you at the police station. After you were done being interrogated in the interrogation room, you walked out into the main space of the place and saw your mom waiting for you. She ran up to you and gave you a hug and told you everything will be alright. You hugged her back breaking into tears; your best friend, they were like your sibling. You trusted them with your entire life, and now they're gone. Later that day, you and your mom went to go see a/n's mom. She filed a report yesterday when she noticed that a/n wasn't home on time. As she opened the door, you could see that she hasn't slept the entire night and had dry tears on her face. Your mom comforted her for hours and knew she was going to have to stay a bit longer. "Y/n, how about you go home and get some rest. I know this hurts you to think about a lot. I'll be back soon," she told you. She gave you the house keys and you walked out of a/n's house and back to yours. You opened the door and went straight to the kitchen to grab your favourite tub of ice cream and a spoon. After that you went up to your room and cried your eyes out until you fell asleep.

You snapped back into reality and noticed that the bell rang and it was finally the end of the day. You got your books and bolted straight to your locker so you don't get caught into the mob of students. Your packing your bag at your locker and all of a sudden someone taps you on your shoulder. You jumped in fright and turned around to see no one other than Tendou. "Y/n, I had fun with you today and wondered if you wanted to be friends, you just seem really cool and I want to get to know you better," Tendou said. "Sure, it would be nice to get to know someone from here because it doesn't look like I will be moving schools for a while," you said. "Cool, anyways I got volleyball but here's my number, text me later," he said with a smile as he walked away.
