-ROSIE-

My girlfriend and I strolled down the sidewalks while holding each other's hand, chatting and giggling like two new lovers, which is a fact.

My girlfriend.

Sounds so fucking surreal.

The Universe has a really funny way of surprising all of us. In my case, a brunette stranger from South Korea was swept into my footsteps, and I'll be foolish not to take the opportunity up and try my luck to win her over.

Luckily, my charms somehow managed to get to her.

I grinned widely, smiling at Bella who was busily talking about all sorts of things.

Talking, oh how she loved talking, and I used to hate people who talked too much, but I find myself listening to every bit she has to say.

"And so what do you say about that? It's crazy isn't it?" She told me with amusement in her eyes but I shook my head at something particular that she has said.

"A little." I chuckled.

"A little? I almost got caught sneaking out to party, Rosie!" She frustratingly exclaimed, looking at me then pouting. "You're no fun." She snickered.

"I am!" I yelled with conviction.

"It wasn't crazy crazy, but it's crazy." I tilted my head to the side, lifting her chin up to look at me and cheer her on.

"Psh." Bella scoffed, then an idea popped into my mind.

"You know what? We only have one chance to live, and I've lived recklessly but I do know that you're the reserved and proper one. So what do you say we have fun?" Bella arched her right brow, thinking to herself if I'm being real or just messing with her.

"I'll show you, crazy." I said truthfully, "Only if you're up for it." I then winked.

-JENNIE-

All my life I have been sheltered, told what and what not to do. I was always the formal, prim and proper, and the princess type, at all times.

But here I am, in Verona, holding a stranger's hand that I barely even know. Here I am, letting her in to my life, and trusting her with my all. This whole thing was so not me, was out of the usual, and this has got to be the craziest thing that I have ever done.

Lying to my father who was far away from me, truly living, having the courage to open up to someone, and sharing the world with her is not even in one of my wildest dreams, but here I am.

Destiny's really has a way of it's own, and this is all destined to happen to me.

"You know what? We only have one chance to live, and I've lived recklessly but I do know that you're the reserved and responsible one. So what do you say we have fun?" I stop and stare at my girlfriend. Yes, the only girl that got to see me up close, the only girl that I gave the chance to potentially break my heart.

"I'll show you, crazy." She whispered while looking at me in the eyes.

In my 23 years of existence, nothing has ever made me feel like my heart is about to burst out from my chest. No one, and nothing, gave me that kind of feeling. It's true that my life was eventful and colorful, but it was oh so simple that the only thing that I can do with the simplicity of it, is to see and explore the little details, enjoy and appreciate the little things.

But right now, her words alone made me feel alive.

Her eyes... oh her eyes that speaks volume and conveyed depth bore right into mine, and it is enough reason for me to say yes, to make me want to experience what being crazy truly meant.
