Three Words-Jemily

It had been almost a year later and seven months ago JJ and Emily used a donor to try and have another kid. As far as Emily knew it didn't work but there was another side of the story that JJ never told her.
November 2
It had been about a week and a half after the insemination and JJ was not feeling well. She didn't want to tell Emily just yet in case it wasn't real, so she went out and grabbed a pregnancy test while Emily picked Henry up from preschool.
"Pregnant" JJ smiled to herself after looking down at the white stick. She quickly hid the test and went online to order one of those cheesy Pinterest onesies. After she finished the order Emily walked through the door with Henry in her arms.
"Hi mommy!" Henry exclaimed and Emily placed the little boy down.
"Hello buddy" JJ smiled and hugged the little boy before lightly kissing Emily but was interrupted by both of their phones ringing and they both knew what was to come.
Hours later the entire team was on the jet headed to Colorado. Women in their late twenties and early thirties were getting taken from a ski lodge resort and were found dead after getting beaten and raped three days later.
November 4
Two days went by and after finding a new victim but no leads the team knew what they had to do. Send JJ undercover and that's exactly what they did. Emily was extremely worried but the couple both knew that it was the job.
Present Day
May 20
JJ wasn't the same after going under cover and Emily could tell, because after all she knew JJ better than anyone. JJ wasn't the happy person she knew, JJ was broken and it was too much that Emily finally confronted her. They were in bed and JJ hadn't said a thing all night she just stared at the ceiling.
"What's wrong love? Emily asked worriedly
"No-Nothing, I'm fine, why?" JJ replied and Emily sat up.
"JJ, what happened seven months ago?" Emily asked and JJ froze as multiple memories flashed through her head.
November 6
It had been two days since JJ went undercover, the team had a single lead and if that didn't work out Emily didn't know what to do. She was not going to lose the love of her life.
JJ was naked on the cold ground, bruises and blood covered her pale body. The only thing JJ could taste was blood, it was everywhere.
"Emily" JJ moaned in pain. By this time she didn't think she would be getting out of this alive.
"Shut up bitch!" The man yelled and slapped JJ across the face.
It was dark, pitch black and the man had left JJ alone. She was too weak to move, she couldn't even move her fingers, there was little to no strength in her body. She heard a group of foot prints coming closer and all she could do was moan for Emily.
"E-Emily"
"I hear her!" Derek yelled and the door to the dark and cold room opened.
"I've got her you guys find the unsub!" Emily demanded after seeing JJ's bare and bloodied body. Emily ran over to her wife and gently lifted her up.
"It's okay love, I've got you," Emily said
"Emily" she moaned in pain once more.
Emily gently lowered her back onto the ground before taking her FBI jacket off and wrapping it around her wife.
"I've got you baby, I've got you" Emily exclaimed softly and gently picked JJ's delicate body up.
"I need a medic!" Emily yelled as soon as she got outside and a gurney and EMT team came over then Emily gently placed JJ down.
"Do-Don't le-Leave me" JJ trembled weakly and Emily took her hand.
"I'm right here" Emily said
November 7
No one was in JJ's hospital room, Emily was getting coffee when the doctor came in.
"Mrs. Jennifer Prentiss?" The doctor asked
"Yeah?" JJ replied weakly.
"So I've been going over your labs and I am sorry to inform you but you were pregnant and you lost the baby, I am so incredibly sorry" The doctor explained and JJ tried to bite her swollen lip to stop the bleeding but it just made it.
"I'm so sorry" The doctor said and left the room.
Present Day
May 20
"I-uh- Emily, a couple days before I went undercover I found out that I was pregnant, the donor worked," JJ started
"You told me that it didn't work" Emily said
"Because when I was undercover, Collin Jenson beat me so hard that I lost it" JJ sighed and she too sat up.
"Why didn't you tell me this?" Emily asked
"I didn't want you to hate me" JJ cried and Emily took her hands.
"Why do yo say that, I could never hate you" Emily reassured her.
"I lied, I told you that he didn't rape me but he did, and a couple weeks later I found out that I was pregnant again, Emily I had an abortion" JJ cried and Emily held her close
"I'm so sorry" She cried more
"JJ it's okay, I understand, you're gonna be okay" Emily whispered, wrapping her arms tighter around the blonde.
"I love you so much, If you had told me I would've been right by your side through it all, and I would've been in that room with you" Emily explained
"you- you don't hate me?" JJ asked with hesitation.
"I could never hate you love" Emily replied and kissed JJ'S head.
