Chapter 6💜💜💜

       Well I would be lying if I said I wasn't offended by that statement but I kept my mouth shut and silently trailed behind him.

     We then got to the principals office, by now I was getting nervous "what if I truly don't have any powers? What if I was sent back?" I thought as my mind raced.

   He pushed open the door and strolled in casually he glanced at me to see me still standing outside. "come in please" he mouthed at me and I could see the annoyance on his face. I huffed and walked in.

 
   The principal stared at me for some minutes after Cole had told him what happened. "bring maria here" he said to Cole, he turned and walked out.

    I figdeted nervously as I was alone with the creepy man who wouldn't stop staring at my face. I looked down shut my eyes and opened it again to look at him to find him still staring.

   I cleared my throat loudly as a blush creeped to my face. He then smiled widely and said "there's no need for you to be so nervous, you're just not the usual water elementalist we have here".

    Cole and another woman whom I guess her name was Maria then came in. "Maria this girl is under your care from now on, take care of her." Maria nodded and glanced at me "follow me" she said and walked out as I shuffled after her.

    We walked in silence till we reached an empty hall. She told me to come in and we walked inside as she set up various things. A bowl of water first then a table.

  She walked to my side and said "you're a water elementalist and I am one of the toughest teachers here im gonna help u realise your potential so kindly dip your head into that water ad don't raise it until I say so."

  I stared at her in fear as I said"umm... Excuse me actually ma'am... But it might actually turn out I'm nt an elementalist at all so.. Don't u think that would be drastic.." I tried to explain as she shot me a look that shut me up.

   I walked to the bowl of water and dipped my head in as I tried not to let myself panic.. I held my breath as I started counting down in my head .

   After like 2 minutes which seemed like an eternity to me... I could feel myself struggling to breathe. I tried raising my head only to discover her hand was already at the back of my head... I fully began to panic now as I struggled to lift my head but she held it firmly.

   Tears of frustration ad pain filled my eyes as I started thrashing widely... "this woman was trying to kill me... Was this the training she wanted to teach me..." I thought in my head as I started to sob.. I regret ever coming here.

    "I wouldn't see my mom or dad again... Or my best friend or even Cole.. Oh God. I can't die like this. Noo I can't afford to die this way." just as my struggles were reducing and I was losing consciousness I suddenly felt like I was filled with some sort of power as I forcefully raised my head ad pushed the woman away.

 

   She staggered backwards as she looked at me and smiled." what the hell were you trying to do" I asked in a cold voice that was absolutely not mine.

    She smirked again ad smiled as she said "finally found you." I blinked in Confusion at her words as I could see blue tint my vision.

"Calm down lil tiger. I was not trying to kill you. I unlocked your potential now come here"

    At that moment I could feel myself getting drowsy as I stumbled on my feet ad fell... Into an abyss.

Maria pov. (cos why not😉)

    I caught her as she fell and couldn't help the happiness in my heart. Finally the girl with the balance between the two worlds of light and darkness has been found.

  We've been searching for her for a long time and here she is right in front of us. I was happy she got to us before they got to her.

  I remembered her icy blue eyes as it stared at me. That was our saviors eyes, the eyes of the maiden prophecy said was gonna help us all and conquer the great lord of darkness.
