"Mom I'm leaving now!"
"Ok remember you can't go see Carmella afterwards! I mean it!"
I walked out the door and as soon as I closed the door Chris came running up to me with a huge grin on her face.
"My mom let me off the hook except for today!" Chris said excitedly "what about you?"
"Same here" I answered. "I'm only grounded from seeing Carmella!" I said.
"Ok... sooo it's not like a week or anything."
"Yeah but it will sure feel like one!" I said truthfully.
