Katie's POV

After Abby did her little show I ended up just skipping the rest of the day. As I was heading to my car, I heard a slightly familiar chuckle behind me.

" Hey Princess, I never did get your name."

"Katie, my name is Katie."

"Pretty name. Is this your car?" he said pointing to the black range rover I was standing beside.

"Um ya"

"Wo" he shouted

"Your parents must be loaded"

I hated that every word that came out of his mouth was true.

"You mind if I take this up for a ride I've never been in one and I love cars"

"Don't you have classes I thought it was your first day"

"Well it is but does it look like I care"

"Fuck it," I said as I thew the keys and walk around to the passenger side as he got in the driver's side.

"So where are we going"

"I was thinking my place"

"Kay, where is that"

"It's the first white one in thunder hills"

"Really I live there too"

"Oh Cool"

As Louis pulled out of the parking lot I knew I should have told one of the girls that I was leaving but they'd just yell at me for skipping again and how I was leaving with a boy. But they always hated that I skipped so I didn't really think it was a big deal.

After we got to my house Louis gave back my keys and we walked inside.

"So where are your parents"

"They're in New York for a business trip"

"Oh when are they coming back if you don't mind me asking"

"No no I don't mind but they'll be gone for another 2 months"

"Wow. Are they gone a lot"

"Yeah they are back for two-three days and they're off to another country or another state or another province sometimes they only come back for Christmas, but it's okay I'm used to it now it's been like this since I was 13"

"I'm sorry for asking I was just curious"

"Oh no it's ok" I replied with a soft smile

We ended up going to my room to watch a movie. I ended up falling asleep against his chest with only the faint sound of our hearts beating in the room, I hated how I loved it so much. Love was never an easy thing for me of course to my friends and family, I said I love you of course but it's always been a weird word for me but I know in my heart I loved this moment.

Tori's POV

After the little show that was put on and the near-death of one of my best friends -Mostly thanks to Abby-, I decided I'd wait until lunch and then just go home or do something around town.-Though really I just didn't want to face the reality of what this was doing to everyone-. I sighed pondering what to do but then the bell rang so I turned and went inside and upstairs to my locker deciding to get my notes for today. I closed the door hearing the lock click and then proceeded down the West hallway to the window that faced South-West and looked out seeing the beautiful flowered green fields beyond the track, the football field and the schoolyard in general. Then I moved my focus closer and found my Deep Blue Mustang near the gate as well as Abby's motorcycle close by meaning she was still here, but Katie's Black Rover was nowhere to be found. Honestly, I wasn't surprised nor would I blame her for leaving early, though I wished she would have told me so I could've given her a hug and said bye first. Yes I know it sounds childish for someone in high school to say but I love my friends and could you blame me for wanting to make sure they were ok? Especially someone like Katie who's had It rough since we were 13 and might have wanted to talk about it or just have someone there. I know she's almost 18 and is completely capable of taking care of herself which I don't doubt but it's always nice to have some on there for you right?
