"Wake up" Sam says, placing kisses all over my face. I groan, pulling the covers over my head.
"We're going to Omaha today" Sam reminds me.
I pull the covers off of me, a smile plastered on my face.
"I have been waiting for this for too long" I smile, placing a kiss on Sam's lips.
"Me too, and it'll be Eva's first time in Omaha" Sam says.
"I can't wait for everyone to see her, and to be able to see my mom everyday" I say, getting more and more excited with every thought. "Is Eva still asleep?"
"Yup, she slept through the whole night again!" Sam exclaims.
"She's growing up too fast" I laugh "I'm going to hop in the shower"
"May I join you?" Sam asks, smirking.
"Sure" I chuckle, running off into the bathroom.
We take our shower, which lasted for a good thirty minutes. I slip on a bra and underwear, then hear Eva's cries through the baby monitor.
"Hey baby" I smile, lifting her out of the crib.
"Mama" she yells, clapping her hands together.
"You're so smart baby girl" I say, and Eva giggles.
"Dang mama" Sam winks at the sight, wrapping his arms around me.
"I didn't have time to finish getting ready" I chuckle.
"Oh I'm not complaining" Sam smirks "do you want me to go feed Eva?"
"That would be great" I smile, placing a kiss on each of their cheeks.
I head back to our room, and put on yoga pants and a tshirt. I blowdry my hair real quick, then just brush through it. That's all I did to get ready so I'll be comfortable on the flight.
I throw the last minute things into my suitcase, and look around the empty room.
"Whatcha thinkin about?" Sam asks, wrapping his arms around my waist and resting his chin on my shoulder.
"I'm really going to miss this place, we've made so many memories here" I say, a few tears slipping out of my eyes.
"I know, my favorite will definitely be bringing Eva home for the first time" Sam smiles.
"That is such a great memory" I say
"And now we'll be able to make new ones in Omaha, with our families" Sam says.
"I know, I'm so excited for what the future holds for us" I smile, placing a kiss on his lips.
"Ready to get goin?" Sam asks
"Yup" I say, grabbing the suitcase.
We head downstairs, which is basically all empty. I hear a knock at the door, and open it to see kaitlyn and johnson at the door.
"Hey guys!" I smile, hugging each of them.
They're going to take us to the airport since our cars were shipped out a few days ago.
Sam and johnson bring the bags out to the car, leaving Kaitlyn and I to talk.
"I'm going to miss you so much" I say, tears forming in my eyes.
"I know, but this is such a good decision you and Sam have made for your family, and we'll be sure to visit a lot" kaitlyn says, tears slipping out of her eyes.
