Paris had been in her room all weekend and had no electronics. She was alone and had no one to talk to so she would lay on her bed and go into her fantasy world where everything in her life was going great and all she had to worry about was boys. She wished she could have a normal teenage life, but the only way she could get that life was in her fantasies.

To be completely honest with you most of her fantasies were of her spending time with Marcus and the horse back ride they took. She had excepted the fact that she had caught some feeling for him but she would never tell anyone that. She couldn't help but wonder if he had feelings for her.

Even though she was bored out of her mind in her room she felt calm. She hated being locked up in her room but she needed the break from reality where everything seemed to be going a hundred miles an hour all the time. But now it was time for her to go to school, were all all of her problems would come back.

She had gotten ready in a cute outfit, curled her hair, and did her makeup. She was so ready to see the world again, she was ready to put on cute clothes instead of her sweats and hoodie, she was ready to show the world that nothing could keep her down..... or so she thought.

When she got downstairs with her bag she noticed that there were guards waiting for her. One thing she had forgotten while being in her room for so long was that she couldn't walk to school with Scarlet she was going to be driven to school and back all by herself. Paris lost her smile and went to the car she was to be taken to school with. She got in and sat in the back sad that she wouldn't be able to talk to Scarlet like she usually did.

When she got to school the guards followed her in to her first class, and the one after that, and the one after that. She absolutely hated being grounded because her mom took it to far. Her guards followed her basically everywhere to make sure she didn't talk to anyone it was horrible.

She had gone to the bathroom and her guards stayed behind and went to her locker. When Paris left the bathroom Marcus ran into her.

"Hey um do you have time to talk?"

"Oh hey. Not very long my guards are here and won't be happy if they see me talking to someone."

"Why are your guards here?"

"I got grounded."

"Well that explains why you didn't answer my texts."

"Oh, you texted me? I am so sorry."

"Its fine. I thought I did something and that was why you weren't texting me."

"No of course not. You were so sweet and charming, you did everything right." Before Paris could say anything else she saw one of her guards, " I'm so sorry but I have to go."

"Oh, okay, bye." Marcus said as Paris ran to the cafeteria.

Paris went and get her food then she went to an empty class room to eat. She went through the rest of the day with the guards by her side. After school as she was told there was someone waiting for her to be picked up. She got in the car and drove off sad that she couldn't talk to Scarlet or Marcus or any of her other friends. When she got home Shela told her her mother was waiting to speak to her in her room.

Paris went to her mothers room hoping that maybe she was not Grounded from speaking to her friends anymore. She went to her room and put her stuff away and fixed herself up a bit then quickly went to her mother's room.

"Mom I was told you needed to talk to me." Paris said in a hopeful voice

"Yes. We are going to visit the Tupets today because they are leaving for two months tomorrow. I expect you to be on your best behavior and if you are good I will allow you to speak to your friends at school and Scarlet but no electronics for long time."
