in each of my books I have a separate chapter like this with a compilation of ideas for future events that may or may not take place in the story. I want to post this one in honor of our favorite blood god, techno.

this book will remain unfinished out of respect for him, but still published. techno truly had a remarkable personality that made it difficult not to like him, and he will never ever be forgotten. he has touched so many hearts and will continue to do so even in death. legends never die, and technoblade is the epitome of a legend.

never be afraid to love hard and to laugh and to cry and to sing and dance and take risks. tell the people in your life that you love them and make memories. techno has left a lasting impact on all of us, one that won't go away anytime soon.

love to his family and his friends, and to all of you who mourn his passing🤍

"You know, walking through the forest seems like you're planning to kill me."

"I promise. If I wanted to kill you, I would've already. It seems too suspicious if I do it now."

He scoffed, "Good to know."

We walked further, the only sound being the crunching of leaves an occasional bird call. Only a few days left until Halloween. Techno walked beside me with his hands in his pockets, sporting his usual black jeans and black crewneck. I had come to terms with the fact that we were fast friends, and no longer questioned why I trusted him so much after only a few weeks. It was funny, really, how quickly I trusted him while still not finding trust in my parents.

"is there a destination?"

"Nope. Just walking an enjoying Autumn. Any problems?"

"None here, sweetheart."

"Stop calling me that."

I could hear the grin in his cocky monotonous voice, "You know I do it cause it bothers ya."

"Maybe that's why you should stop."

Something hit my back, something solid. I turned and looked at him, "Did you just throw a rock at me?"

The rock he had in his hand aimed and ready to throw was clear evidence, but he answered, "No."

"You got asked to homecoming?"

"Why is it such a shock to you?"

He stuttered now, "Well, I-I'm not, I mean I am a little but not because, you're like repulsive or anything, it's," he sighed, "I thought you said no one liked you. Especially that guy."

I shrugged, "I thought so too. I guess I was wrong."

"You wanna know what I think?"

"I get the feeling you'll tell me anyway."

"I think you're very smart. And sweet - you just close yourself off from this whole town. You can't meet your own expectations so you lower everyone else's expectations of you. That's why you are dry and hard to talk to at first, and why once I persistently spoke to you all the time you started to open up and start to be who you really are. You're scared to show affection, so you never tell people you love them and you have a hard time being serious in sentimental situations."
