"ughh I don't wanna gooo". tori huffed to jimmy for the millionth time over facetime.
today was the day tori would be going back to chicago for thanksgiving. her flight was at 3 and she secretly hoped that it would end up getting canceled. even though, she would only be in the chi for a week or so she dreaded every bit of it.
"it can't be that bad" jimmy laughed, while tori threw clothes into her suitcase.
"you do not understand" tori started, as she picked up her phone, so he could see her face.
"it is THAT bad" she voiced, trying to convince him that she wasn't just making a big deal out of nothing.
tori couldn't stand to be at home for more than 24 hours, so staying actual days with them would be hell. something she hadn't done in 2 and a half years, but tori still remembered every crazy thing that went on and from what her sister tia's has shared with tori, nothing had changed.
"look on the bright side" jimmy spoke, as he sat up in his hotel bed and tori collapsed on her's. he was now on the road and tori genuinely missed him, however she would never admit it.
jimmy and tori were actually growing closer to each other, through the past weeks. other than mya, marcus, and kira, jimmy was the only person tori enjoyed talking to every single day. she personally looked forward to his daily facetime or phone calls.
"what bright side ?" tori asked, saying 'bright side' with an force because in her mind there weren't any bright sides in chicago.
"you seeing your favorite basketball player " he winked, referring to himself.
jimmy would be in chicago for a game the day before thanksgiving. as soon as he found out she would be in chicago, he sent her tickets and she would have tia alongside with her.
"oh right, can't wait to see zach lavine" tori smirked, while jimmy had the dullest look on his face. she knew he wasn't going to take the joke lightly, but continued to mess with him anyways.
seeing jimmy's unhappy face, she cleaned up her joke. "pick ya lip up, he's the only person i even know of on the bulls" she laughed in all honesty because for the longest tori thought that the chicago bulls were a football team.
"mhm zach lavine and his bulls are goin to get blown the hell out" jimmy laughed. "they are ass".
"but didn't you use to play for them" tori retorted and jimmy's laughs went quiet.
"WHATT?" he began to drag.
"you actually know something about me ?" jimmy pretended to be overly surprised because tori knew that piece of information all by herself.
