Zubelon stepped out of his palace, accompanied by two of his robots. One at his left side, and the other at his right. He watched as the enslaved Tasoolians dug underground with nothing but their bare hands. A little boy caught his eye. The boy looked up, terrified to see that he was being watched by Zubelon. A sinister grin formed on his face as he walked over to the boy with his robots following behind. The boy quickly ran to his mother and hid behind her legs. Zubelon and his robots approached the woman, standing directly in front of her. She remained quiet, quivering with fear inside. Her face expressed sheer and utter terror.
“Hand him over.” He demanded calmly. The woman backed away with her son, tears running down her face, daring to disobey the command of the sinister man. She quickly shook her head no.
“Oh, so you want to play that game?” Zubelon began to chuckle. “Oh whatever shall I do? Robots! Drag this woman and her brat to the dungeon. Kill them both, slowly. I want to hear their blood-curdling screams.”
“No, please! Don’t take him! Kill me only! I’ll sacrifice my life for his!”
“Oh how sweet, but I choose whether you live or die so your pleas are useless.”
“Don’t you have any mercy?”
“Ha! Don’t make me laugh, peasant. Mercy is for worthless creatures that care about people and have feelings, but I care about myself and that’s all. Now, begone with you!” The robots followed Zubelon’s orders, and snatched the two away, and dragged them towards his palace. They cried out in terror and struggled to get free, but at no avail. Zubelon began laughing, maniacally. The other slaves that were working dared not to even look in his direction in fear of being the next one to be sentenced to death. Zubelon walked over to a man, who was busy working and forced him down onto the ground with his robotic foot. He looked around at the other slaves, who still dared not to look at him.
“That is what happens when you animals defy me! I own you! I own Tasaloo! I am your God, and all will bow down to me! Even those rebel jokes that think they can thwart my plans and get away with it! My empire will live on for the rest of eternity!” Zubelon looked down at the man, who clawed at the dirt to get away, fearing that this would be the end of his life. Zubelon took his foot off of the man and watched as he started to slowly crawl away. Zubelon raised his foot up again and stomped down on the man’s back, crushing his spine, and causing blood to pour out of his mouth as he screamed in agony. Zubelon grinned and took his foot off of the man.
“Excellent. I’ve broken both your body and your spirit. What shall I break next?”
“Pl-Please, Zubelon,” he cried out in pain, “l-let me go!”
“Hmmm, you’re right. I should let you go, and I will.” Zubelon smirked and lifted his foot up one final time, and chuckled. “You’re fired.” Zubelon stomped on the man’s back twice as hard, causing him to cough out his intestines and his body to snap in half from the waist down.
“Well, would you look at that,” Zubelon said, completely satisfied with his actions, “I got my foot dirty.” He looked up at the rest of the slaves, who stared up at Zubelon in fear. He chuckled sinisterly and began to walk away.
“Get back to work!” As Zubelon was approaching his palace, one of his robots flew down in front of him.
“What is it now,” he said with an annoyed groan.
“Darzay is on his way to speak with you.” The robot said.
“What does he want? It better be important or else I'm shoving his head inside of his chest.”
