Trying To Believe

Santa Claus

The elf general and three more climbed up on the bag.
"Alright you stowaways, party's over", said the general elf.
"I was just following them", said Monoma.
"We fell in here by mistake", said Deku.
"Na forget about it, we knew you were in there the whole time", said an elf.
"Come on out you go".
"Come on step up step up", said the general elf helping everyone out.
Iida checked his watch and then looked at the clock tower.
Everyone climbed out of the bag.
"So nobody gets hurt, here's how we're gonna get you guys down".
"Ah this is simple, why I know", said Monoma.
"What do you know, you're not supposed to be here in the first place, but since it's Christmas, I'm gonna let you slide", said the general elf.
The elf below the general knocked Monoma's leg and he slide down and landed safely on his feet then the elves laughed.
"I've been looking for you", said Iida.
They then nicely helped Uraraka slide down gently on her feet.
"Nice to see you again".
Then they helped Deku slide down.
"Pending it kinda close, don't you think".
"I'll take care of this", said the elf general holding out his hands.
Todoroki refuses to give the general the present back.
"It's in good hands, trust me".
Todoroki gave in and handed his gift to the general then he slid down as the general threw it back in the bag.
A big rope was thrown up then they tied the bag closed.
Trumpets blew as reindeers flew to Santa's sleigh where the elves hooked them up to the ropes.
The trumpets blew again as the elves brought in the sleigh bells for the reindeers.
The elves rang the sleigh bells but Deku couldn't hear them.
They rang them again and Deku still couldn't hear them.
"Aren't those bells the most beautiful sound", asked Uraraka.
The elves attached the sleigh bells on the reindeer lines.
The trumpets blew again as everyone sang Santa Claus is coming to town.
Doors opened and a shadow of a big man appeared as the elves cheered.
The song Santa Claus is coming to town played as Deku tried to see the big man.
"He's here, he's here", said Uraraka excitedly.
"Where", asked Deku.
"I see him over there", said Todoroki.
"I can't see him", said Deku.
Deku tried to see the big man but couldn't thinking the elves were in the way.
Iida lifted his hat and putted it back on.
Deku still tries to see the man.
"I can't see him, I can't see him".
The reindeers were dancing as a bell broke off the line in the air then came bouncing through the elves towards Deku.
Deku picked up the bell then shook it but heard no sound.
"Okay, okay, I believe, I believe, I believe", said Deku trying to believe hard.
Deku shook the bell again and finally heard a sound.
He felt happy as the man walked behind him.
Deku turned around then saw the man who was Santa Claus.
"What was that you said", asked Santa.
"I.. I believe", answered Deku.
"I believe, I believe this is yours".
Deku handed Santa back the bell.
"Well, thank you young man", said Santa.
"Me me, pick me Santa", said Monoma.
"Shh, what are you doing stop it", said Uraraka.
"Pick me, pick me, I want the first gift, I want the first gift", said Monoma excitedly.
"Young man, patience, and a smidgen of humility might also serve you well", said Santa.
"Yes sir", said Monoma.
Santa walked up to Uraraka.
"And you young lady, lady of decisions, full of confidence and spirit, Christmas spirit, ho ho ho, keep up the good work", said Santa.
"Thank you", said Uraraka.
Santa walks to Todoroki.
"And Shoto Todoroki, it is Shoto", asked Santa.
"Yes", answered Todoroki.
"I see you made some new friends", said Santa.
"Yes sir, I've sure had", said Todoroki.
"You're a lucky lad, there's no greater gift than friendship", said Santa.
"And speaking of gifts, let's have this young fellow right here".
Santa has picked Deku for the first gift.
Deku smiled and so did everyone else as the elves cheered.
Santa walked to his sleigh as the elves carried Deku to Santa.
Deku climbed on Santa's sleigh.
"Now what would you like for Christmas"?
"Me", said Deku.
"You", said Santa.
Deku whispered in Santa's ear.
"Yes indeed, yes indeed", said Santa.
Santa held the bell up high.
"The first gift of Christmas"!
The elves cheered.
"This bell is a wonder symbol of the spirit of Christmas as am I, just remember, the true spirit of Christmas lies in your heart".
Santa gave the bell to Deku as the clock tower bell rang midnight.
Iida walked up to the sleigh.
"Merry Christmas".
"Better keep that in a safe place", said Iida.
Deku putted the bell in his pocket as the reindeer shook the bells with Deku able to hear them ring.
Deku stepped off the sleigh as Iida looked at his watch saying still could be late.
Deku and Iida walked back with the others as Santa ho ho hos.
Santa laughed cracked his magic whip as the reindeers started flying pulling the sleigh.
The elves pushed the sleigh helping Santa in the air.
The sleigh then starts flying everywhere in the air cracking his magic whip several times then flies right below the kids.
"It's everything I dreamed it would be", said Uraraka.
"Could all.. could all this be nothing but a dream", asked Todoroki.
"No", answered Deku smiling.
Santa circles around the Christmas tree then cracks the whip on the star lighting up the tree even more.
Santa then disappears somewhere else leaving a trail of magic raining down.
The elves threw their hats in the air then they rained back down.
"ALL ABOARD", yelled Iida.
The train whistled.
