You didn't really want Jumin to find out just yet because then, what's the point of a surprise? It has been 6 months since the handsome future CEO had asked you to be his girlfriend. It feels as if it was just yesterday that he mustered up the courage to say something to you at the RFA party, never had you thought you would see the expressionless man so flustered as he was in that moment. It was amusing and adorable seeing him stutter so much in your presence.

Just last month, Jaehee messaged you about Jumin's birthday coming up, apparently his father always threw him a big party even though Jumin thought it to be a waste of time. So to make him feel better about suffering in a social event, you devised a plan. You were very confident that he would enjoy it, even though it was originally just a joke that Zen suggested.

" Y/N when I said to dress up like a cat.........it was a joke, I didn't mean it literally" Zen said as he looked to you as if you were insane.

"Yeah well it was a good idea, I wanna make Juminie happy, and since he likes cats so much, I thought why not?" you giggled at his shocked expression.

Adjusting you the fake cat ears clipped to your hair so they were just right and fixing the little bell choker around your neck, you gave yourself one more look in the mirror.

"Come on Zen she looks cute! The skirt was a nice touch too, better than the maid outfit Seven suggested anyways" your young blonde friend blushed at the thought of the various neko maids he had seen in the different animes he binged with his friends.

"I still think the maid outfit would have been better on our lovely Y/N! Not as lovely as Ely though!!!!!" the hacker responded,

Yes. The three boys decided to help you with your surprise. Zen, because he kinda wanted to see Jumin's reaction. Yoosung, because he thought it was cute and wanted to help in some way. And Luciel just joined in because he wanted to play with Elizabeth the 3rd.

Jaehee was tasked with keeping Jumin away from his penthouse until everything was ready. "Jaehee said they were almost here, is everything ready?" you looked to the trio.

"yup! Everything is set, the cake is in the kitchen and all the gifts are on the coffee table. You go hide Y/N, when he gets here we'll give you the signal" Luciel grinned as he held his victim (Elizabeth 3rd). You nodded and ran to the bedroom to hide.

(outside the door)

Jumin was exhausted. He wanted nothing more than to lie in bed with his beloved girlfriend and cat. After a long day of fake smiles and happy birthdays, he only craved the comfort of his darling. Upon opening the door however, instead of being met by the usual tackle hug from you, he was faced with three idiots in party hats.

'All I wanted was a break, is that too much for?' the millionaire thought to himself

"Happy birthday Jumin!!" "Blessed birth Juju!!!" "yeah happy birthday trust fund kid"

He just sighed "thank you, but why are you in here, and who the hell let you touch my beloved Elizabeth 3rd" , Jumin took Elizabeth from the hacker's hands with a slight scowl.

"Oh lighten up will you? She wanted to do something nice for you, if you complain now she'll cry" the silver haired male rolled his eyes. At the mention of the woman the rich man's eyes lit up. He briefly searched the area, not finding her small frame anywhere in sight.

" MEOW MEOW Y/NNNNNNNNNNN" 707 screamed the 'signal' into the penthouse, and within a few minutes an overly excited girl came running in, the little bell on her choker jingling about.

"Happy Birthday Juju!!" she launched herself into his arms, nuzzling into the tall man's chest.

Jumin looked down at his girlfriend in shock, a blush appearing on his face rivaling the red hair of the annoying hacker beside him. His darling girlfriend, the love of his life, was adorably starring up at him in cat ears and a tail. As if you couldn't get any cuter to him, you let out a small "Nyaa" and smiled.

"do you like your surprise Juminie? The others were a big help" you said with big hopeful eyes, and he just melted at the sight.

"yes, my dearest I do, thank you my kitten" he replied kissing you gently and giving a small smile.

Maybe this birthday wouldn't be too annoying.
