Chapter 14

Izuku's POV

As the school day ended we walked back to our dorms, there we sat in the common room and hung out until nighttime.

Everyone had gone back to their dorms except for Jaxson and I.

"OH go change and meet me back down here Jax" I yelled breaking the peaceful silence.

"Why?" He asked

"Why not" I replied

"....why tho" He responded already getting up and walking to his dorm.

I quickly ran to my dorm and got changed
I threw on a big white knit sweater

And a pair of skinny jeans and my red high tops.

I ran back down to see him already standing at the front door.

And plain black jeans with red converse.

"Took you long enough" He teased as I got closer.

"Ok Mr Sonic" I rolled my eyes and walked out with him following behind me.

Our walk was peaceful and quiet. Only sounds to be heard were our soft steps and breath. It was around 1 am so no cars were around.

I looked down as his hand feeling the urge to hold it as we walked. I fought the urge though and turned back forward.

We reached the edge of the tree line and he stopped. I turn back to him also stopping.

"Look I trust you with everything in my being but I do hope I'm not being walked to my murder Izu" He suggested while looking down at me.

"nO! Just come on I swear you won't die!" I promised to him

"Pinky promise?" He asked like a little kid and held his pinky out.

"Pinky promise!" I confirmed grabbing his pinky with mine before letting go and turning back to walked into the forest.

I heard his quiet footsteps following behind me as we walked further into the dense forest.

I saw the opening coming up and quickly turned around and dug a cloth out of my pocket.

"Bend down!" I yelled at him holding up the makeshift blindfold.

"Jesus Christ I'm going to die tonight" he muttered bending down.

I laughed quietly and tied the cloth around his eyes.

I grabbed his hand and pulled him with me into the clearing. I let go of his hand and gave a brief "stay there" and ran to the big tree and knocked my password and flicked them on. I waited for all the lights to fizz on.

I ran back over to him and stood on my toes and took the blindfold off.

I watched his eyes lock with mine until he slowly looked around and then back at my eyes.

I gave him a closed eye smile as I still had my hands on his shoulders and on my toes, he was slightly bent over.

"Izu.." He said quietly, catching my attention.

I opened my eyes back up and looked into his eyes trying to figure out what he was going to say.

"I like you Izu.." He said with hesitation in his voice and his eyebrows slightly furrowed together.

My eyes widened as I processed what he said.

He.... LIKES ME BACK?

"Y-You- I- W- y-ou l-like me t-too?!" I scrambled to get a sentence together.

"Y-yea.." He mumbled looking away ready for rejection.

"I-I LIKE YOU TOO!" I yelled as I realized that he was waiting for my answer.

"Really? Like seriously? You're not just trying to get my hopes up?" He asked looking back into my eyes.

"Y-Yea of course! I've liked you for a long time" I said bouncing on the balls of my feet slightly. Still on my toes.

"Can I.. uhm.." He mumbled trying to find the words for what he wanted.

I nodded my head and he placed his hand on my hip and leaned in.

I closed my eyes and felt his lips touch mine.

I let myself forget everything around us and melt into the kiss.

We separated soon after and stared at each other for a second. I felt my face grow even more red and I shoved my face into his chest. I felt hit chest vibrate with his chuckle.

I clicked the end button on my camera. I quickly sent it to the main groupchat of class 1-A. I quietly ran back to the dorms.
