"Are you ready sweetheart?" Dad asks me while kneeling in front of me so he is the same height as me, we were already at platform 9 ¾ and I had already passed through the barrier, "yes dad, can I go now?" I ask impatiently, we have been standing here for 20 minutes now and I was ready to go and I only had 5 minutes to get on the train before it left "yes sweetheart, please stay out of trouble I'll see you at the sorting ceremony " he says , I wave to him and head towards the train

I was currently struggling to get my bag up and above my seat "need some help with that?" Someone says behind me helping  me get my bag up "thanks" I say, turning around "Cedric!" I say hugging the person who helped me now knowing it was one of my best friends, he chuckles and hugs me back "so how was you're summer?" He asks me as we sit down "good, same ol same ol, how 'bout yers?" I ask him "good, dad took us to a quitmatch  (idk how to spell it) game!" He says excitedly "oooo sounds interesting, care to tell me about it on the way there?" I ask him "not at all, so what had happened was......"

The train had stopped. "Awww man I wanted to tell you more about the trip " Cedric says while pouting "don't worry ced you can tell me about it later " I say while we got up, I didn't have to grab star because she was already in the castle probably on professor Mcgonagalls lap or dads lap "firs years! Firs years this way! Come on we don't got all day!" I hear hagrid's voice boom as I step off the train with cedric "oh well I have to go, bye ced!" I say running towards hagrid "bye rose!" He calls after me, " 'ello rose" hagrid says as I walk run up to him " 'ello hagrid how are yer?" I ask hagrid " I'm fine, how are yer?" He asks me "I'm goo-" I start to say "hi hagrid! Oh hi rose" he says but blushes when he sees me "hi harry" me and hagrid say at the same time, I see a redheaded boy behind him 𝒘𝒂𝒊𝒕 𝒉𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔 𝒎𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝒔𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒐𝒓 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆, 𝒐𝒉 𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒃𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒐𝒈𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒔 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓! "Ah, yer must be fred and Georges brother! Ron right?" I ask him "yeah, how do you know my bro- oh you must be rose!" The red head says "yep that's me" I say popping the 'p'  "well enough of the chitchat we best be going " hagrid says, we all get into a boat and head off towards the castle

"There are four houses, Gryffindor,hufflepuff,ravenclaw and slytherin...."  professor Mcgonagall  says, I block her out because I already know what is going to happen, I hadn't known I zoned out for so long until I heard her walk away and someone say "so it's true isn't it? What there saying on the train harry potter has come to hogwarts" some blond dude says walking in front of me,ron,and harry "and you are?" Harry asks the blond dude "this is crable and goyole (I forgot have to spell it)....and I'm malfoy, draco malfoy " he says "you don't want to go making friends with wrong sort I can help u there" he says putting his hand out for harry to shake "I think I can tell who is the wrong sort for myself thanks" he says not shaking his hand, ron snickered, malfoy turns to him "what are you laughing at? Red hair hand me down robe, you must be a weasley " he says, before anyone could reply I but in "leave him alone malfoy before I hex you into next week " I say while saying malfoy with venom and glaring at him, he turns to me "and you are? You don't look familiar so your probably a filthy mudblood " he says "I'll have you know that I am a half blood and if I catch you using that word again I'll deck you're ass" I say with venom "half bloods are as bad as mudbloods and I'm not scared of you, also you still didn't tell me you're name " he says, I punch him in the nose, he rolls on the ground in pain holding his nose "I told you what was going to happen and the names rose, rose dumbledore " I say and smirk when I see him scared after he hears my last name, I hear gasps around the room and hear people whispering Things like "Dumbledore has a daughter?" ,the whispers stop when professor Mcgonagall coming back "we are ready for you now" she says "are you alright "  she asks looking at draco on the floor "yes" he whispers getting off the floor and a hint of pink on his cheeks, we walk in great halls door, I stare at the ceiling which is bewitched to look like that-or at least that is what some girl with bushy hair said- I think her name is hermione, I don't know how I didn't notice the ceiling before, we get to the front of the great hall, professor Mcgonagall puts a stool down and filch (I think that is how you spell it) comes up to her and hands her the sorting hat, she thanks him and he goes and sits down, professor mcgonagall sets the hat down on the stool, the hat starts its song, I zone out already knowing the song from hearing it so much
