We get another dissolving transition that transitions to Jasper again.
KATE: Sighs That was a fun day today.
CARMEN: Yeah, but the fun's not over yet. Don't forget tomorrow we got to open presents.
KATE: What presents? We're wolves, we get no presents.
CARMEN: Fair point but you just might be surprised with what I got you.
KATE: Oh really, what is it?
CARMEN: Nuh-uh-uh you have to wait and see.
KATE: Curses.
CARMEN: Chuckles Go to sleep silly.
KATE: Fine.
CARMEN: You should get some sleep too Zephyr and Crow. We got a big day tomorrow.
ZEPHYR: Aww, but we ain't tired yet.
CROW: Yeah.
CARMEN: Alright, you two just don't stay up too late okay?
ZEPHYR/CROW: Okay.
CARMEN: Night guys.
ZEPHYR/CROW: Night.
Carmen falls asleep and so does Kate, Garth and Lilly
CROW: Sighs I can't wait for Christmas either.
She walks to the entrance of the cave, sits down and watches the snow fall down
ZEPHYR: Crow?
He walks over to Crow and sits by her
ZEPHYR: Crow, are you okay?
CROW: Yeah, I'm fine don't worry about it.
ZEPHYR: Okay, if you say so.
He starts to walk away but Crow grabs his tail
CROW: Wait!
ZEPHYR: I knew something was wrong.
He sits by her.
ZEPHYR: What's wrong Crow?
CROW: It's just, I'm glad I'm spending Christmas with you but it's just not the same without my parents around.
ZEPHYR: Hey, whatever happened to your parents anyways? You never talk about them.
CROW: I guess I can't keep this in anymore.
ZEPHYR: Nope.
CROW: Fine, it happened a long time ago.
We get a ripple dissolve transition that transitions to Crow as a small pup and music starts
CROW: Ay eh eh my-my miss my family. Ay eh eh my-my miss my family. Woke up, excited to start my new life. Age Zero, couldn't wait to see what life would bring me. With my parents I won't be alone, alone.
CROW: Family is the only thing that counts always there for you when you need help I am thankful for my family and I wouldn't trade it for the world, world.
CROW: But when the times get tough and I feel like giving up, up I feel like I can't go on I hold tight cuz I know my family will be there with me.
CROW: I keep going, my family was always there for me.
CROW: One dance left, I am gonna pull through.

CROW: Se-ven months later I was ready to hunt. So hype I could barely keep my excitement in. This was gonna be my first hunt I was gonna make my parents proud, proud.
CROW: But then the unexpected happen, we weren't looking where we were going, going we wandered onto the tracks not knowing a train was coming. Few seconds later, everything crumbled in front of us.
CROW: I manged to make it out alive.
CROW: My parents weren't so lucky.
CROW: The train ramed into them
CROW: Ended up taking both of their lives.
CROW: I was heartbroken after witnessing their demise.
CROW: I had to learn to fend for myself.

ZEPHYR: I get you and I'm sorry that happened. I know Christmas isn't the same without your family here but at least you have us. I know it's not the same but it's something.
CROW: Yeah it is.
Zephyr rubs his head against Crow's which causes her to blush
ZEPHYR: Now come on, let's get some sleep. Gotta have enough energy for Christmas tomorrow.
CROW: Okay.
Zephyr stops rubbing against Crow then they both go back into the cave and go to sleep.
