"A tiny bud may bloom into a flower and you may not even realise when it happened."
-----------------------------------------------------------It was her turn to ask the question and she was rather happy to have a chance to ask two questions.
"How did you and Avinash become friends?"
This question had bugged her for a long time now and she was really eager for the answer. Anyone could guess that from the excitement in her voice.
"Well, we were in ninth and I was the lonely nerd who used to sit alone and rather shy, stuttering in front of other students. This guy suddenly entered the class, checked the free seat besides me and babbled for hours and hours alone. I didn't even realise when I started talking to him and we've been friends ever since. Plus, our mothers are also friends so it was easier for us to stay in contact." His face had a smile reminiscing the memory.
"That's so cool. Okay, so now my next question, Your most embarassing moment?" Her mischievous tone made him smile but as soon as he remembered the incident he said, "You can't laugh at it. Okay?"
"Okay," she said, followed by a muffled chuckle.
"Ummm in seventh, one girl used to call me Sexyboy and Cutiepie. I was shy at that time so I used to ignore her but I remember once saying, same to you. But till ninth I never knew the meaning of those words. And in ninth, Avinash had explained me.... Cutiepie was okay but Sexyboy..." His sentence ended.
She laughed though she'd said she won't. And even he joined her laughter after a while a while and they continued the game getting to know more about each other.
