My Immortal is a terriibly infamous Harry Potter fanfiction that was written in 2006-2007 by a user named Tara Gilesbie, AKA XXXbloddyrists666XXX. The main character is the worst Mary Sue you can imagine, and is in a relationship with Draco Malfoy (surprise right?!). Even though it's a Harry Potter fanfic, it completely disregards the rules and characters of the universe. Many characters are not only completely out of character, but they are turned into goths. It was originally published on FanFiction.Net, which received wide and negative recognition. It was removed from the site in 2008, but luckily it has survived in copy-and-pasted versions all over the internet.
Anyway, its the funniest shit I've ever read. You don't need to be a fan of Harry Potter to enjoy it, since it breaks the rules of the universe anyway. I won't spoil too much, so enjoy! :)
