Once we were done eating and he had changed back and i had perved on his naked back it was time to go. I didn’t want to go home, but i had to. I took joy in knowing i would go to the depot with him first before he took me home. I asked if i could use the toilet and once i was inside, i splashed my face with cold water. I pulled my cheeks and fixed my curls a little. The light brown of my hair complemented my light brown skin. I pulled my skirt down a little then left the bathroom. He was carrying my bag and looking at me nervously “is everything alright? Should we stop by the shop if you want?” he said concerned. I shook my head quickly and patted my fringe. “i’m fine, let’s go, you don’t want to be late right?”
We drove to the town centre in silence, the only thing filling our minds was the sound of jay z’s new album. I was really into this song so i didn’t mind much. He turned it down a little when the swearing began, but i turned it back up. He looked at me then smiled. I then broke the silence by saying. “so you smoke huh?” he kept his eyes on the road for a while then looked at his little cupboard. He then shrugged. “i used to, well i do. Sometimes.” He then turned his attention back onto the road. I knew i shouldn’t have asked him, but i did. He parked infront of the depot and picked the camera up. “i wont be two seconds.” And with that he left the car and disappeared into the revolving doors.
I played around with my hair for a while, i then shuffled inside my bag and pulled out my pink lipstick. I pulled down the mirror and applied a light coat. It added a pop of colour to my neutral face. It suited my light skin tone. I threw it in my bag and continued puffing my hair up to give it volume. As i was doing that he came back and climbed into the car. He looked at me and smiled then started up the car again. “it’s almost bedtime for you young lady, time to get you home before your dad gets home.” We began speeding down the highway. “i spent most of my time looking out of the window. “so you had a good rummage around my drawer then?” he turned to look at me. I shrugged then smiled. “i hardly knew anything about you, i wanted to see if it would give me any clues, besides who knows, you might have been a crazy serial killer.
He laughed at that. “i see, so what did you find out about me?” i leant my head on the window and smiled at him. I was amused and he had a cute smile. “.. i found out that your the badboy type. Ciggerettes and condoms are all you need to get by.” With that he looked at me and frowned. “ciggs and condoms? What are you talking about?” i tilted my head then opened the draw and pulled out the blue condom packet and held it out to him.
“oh jesus, thats still in there? It’s my friends, honestly, he borrowed the car a while back and he told me he left some stuff in the drawer, i told him to clean it out, said he did, but it turns out he didn’t.” He looked at it in digust then grabbed it from me and threw it out of the window. “its probably expired by now.” He pulled up infront of my house then turned to face me and smiled. “we made it before your dad.” I nodded and picked up my bag. “i guess we did. Listen, thanks so much about everything today. I had fun” he grinned at me then nodded. “yeah, it was. And thankyou. We should hang out more.” I nodded and left his car. I ran up the step of my porch and waved at him. He nodded at me then backed up out of the driveway and sped away. I walked into my house and went straight upstairs. I didn’t get any revision done, but i did manage to figure out who i was going to marry.
