It was a cold morning. The sun refused to shine. I sat up in bed and yawned. I was still tired. I pulled my phone out from under my pillow. It was 7:45. I had to meet up with my friend we were going to go out for lunch. School was cancelled for the day so i decided i would  study for a while then go hang out with her for a while, then go back to the office to catch up on some much needed revision. My house was packed to the brim, with guests and family friends staying over, so i didn’t want to hang about too much. I went to the bathroom and had a quick shower. I then ran to my room and got changed. I put on a large chunky cream coloured cardigan, and maroon coloured jeans underneath. I then paired it with my brown moccasins . i tied up my brown hair in a messy bun then quickly put on my makeup and went downstairs. I sat at the kitchen table and picked at a few fruits my mom had left out when my dad walked into the kitchen wearing his suit. He picked up a slice of toast and a turned the coffee machine on. He then leant back on the counter and looked at me. I shrugged and said “morning papa” he nodded and smiled at me. “youre up early. Where you of to this time?” i gave him my cheeky grin then replied “i’m coming with  you, i need more revision.” He rolled his eyes “did you even revise last time?” i nodded and replied. “ofcourse i did.”  He made his coffee then sat at the table opposite me. “so what did you do yesterday and what time did you get  back home?” i turned to face him then sighed. “well..first Cameron took me to chucky cheese and then we ate, then i needed to go library so he dropped me off there then afterwards he came to pick me up, put something in the depot then brought me home. What did you do?” i don’t know why, but i felt the need to lie to him. I wasn’t sure it would be okay in his books for me to go to a guy i barley knews house and stuff. So i left that part out.

Dad drove me to the hospital, he then left me to my own devices and told me if i needed anything i knew where his experience kids where. I nodded and left to go to the office where i usually sat. The hospital was huge, and i had alot of time to kill. I was the master or procrastination. I put my headphones in and took the long way around, until i reached the office wings. I then climbed the few stairs till i reached my office and i pushed open the door. The room smelt fresh, like mens perfume or deodorant or something. I shut the door behind me and made my way over to the large mahogany drawers. I traced the outline with my finger until i reached my seat and i plopped my bag on the floor. I leant my head on the desk and just stayed there, listening to my music. I liked coming to this office, because it was in a secluded area of the hospital that no one ever bothered to come to. It was far away from the rest of the wards, so people avoided working there because of the distance to walk to get to the wards and reception and all other things. It was a small room, and it overlooked the courtyard. It was so peaceful in here. I often came here eversince i found it when i was fifteen. When i was annoyed, frustrated or upset.

There was a knock on the door and i lifted my head. I thought i was imagining it so as i was about to put my head back down another faint knock came. I got up quickly went around the large oak table and opened the door. There stood the most stunning face . my heart was on its way racing again. “hey, thought i’d find you here. Your dad said you came in.” I bit down on my lip and gave him a shy smile. Then stepped out of the way so he could come into the room. He walked in then sat on the desk. I shut the door behind us and leant on the door. I felt a little special that he would take the time to come and say hi to me.

“whats up” he said casually, as he looked around the office room. He was wearing a plain white t-shirt, sleeves rolled up and a pair of black semi-skinny jeans, baggy in all the right places. He was wearing a pair of nike harrueche running shoes and a silver cross chain. His fluffy bronze hair was tied back out of his face. He had one leg on the chair and he looked magnificent. I could see the outline of his muscles through the white tee. My heart flipped in my stomach. I smiled at him slightly and shrugged, the words wouldn’t come out right, even in my head. He had a defined jaw line, and it tightened as his lips curved into a beautiful half smile. “I was wondering if you could help me out a little today” I shrugged awkwardlt, ‘what does it involve?” I replied.
