-4 years later-

"So, I know why I have 2 dads now." Haneul spoke up randomly at the breakfast table, eating his cereal Jimin prepared for him. Jimin paid no attention to it, hoping Haneul would just change the subject. "How come you're not normal?"

"Breakfast is important, you need to finish it all. I'm going to go get ready for work." Jimin told him, changing the subject and heading for his room, successfully hiding how hurt he was from Haneul's words. Haneul scoffed, and took out his phone.

The Boys

Dude, are you coming

Dads bein a sensitive

your way now😑

About time

"Bye!" Haneul yelled throughout the house, grabbing his backpack and leaving his cereal at the table. "You don't have to leave yet!" Jimin scrambled out of his room to hopefully catch Haneul before he left. "Yeah I do! Got a project I need to study for!" Haneul told him, popping a piece of gum in his mouth. "You never told me you had a project-" "You don't gotta know everything, dad, god." Haneul grumbled, opening the front door. "Haneul!" Jimin yelled after him, but the door slammed shut anyway.

"When are you gonna leave that fagot, Haneul? He's holding you back from your life." Daesung scoffed, leaning against his locker. "Dunno. He'll probably kill himself before I get the chance to even run away." Haneul told him, grabbing his Spanish 1 textbook from his locker.

"Who?"

Youngmi asked, making Haneul stand up straight. "No one." He told her, looking down at her chest. "Well, don't joke about it, Haneul. It's not funny to joke about that stuff." Youngmi scoffed, flicking her hand in front of Haneul's face when she realized where he was looking. "And who are you to tell me that?" Haneul asked her deeply, pinning her against Daesung's locker. "Doesn't matter. Don't f*cking talk about suicide like that, it's a mental health issue- GET OFF!" Youngmi shoved Haneul's hands off of her skirt, and slapped him across the face. Daesung laughed as Youngmi stormed off, backpack holding onto her shoulders with one strap.

"Loser." Daesung laughed. "Shut the hell up." Haneul told him, tears in his eyes from the pain.

He's never gotten hit before. Jimin loved him too much for that.

The bell rang, and Haneul slammed his locker shut as he walked off with his friends to class.

"If you don't leave me alone, I will call the f*cking police." Youngmi scoffed, pushing Haneul's hands off of her shoulders for the fourth time. "You're no fun." Haneul laughed, walking up the driveway of his house.

"Hey, Haneul!" Jimin chirped happily from the kitchen. "I made-" "Homework!" Haneul cut off Jimin, instantly leading Youngmi to his room. "Wait- who the fu-" "Hello Mr. Park, it's nice to meet you." Youngmi smiled warmly at Jimin, stopping Haneul from dragging her into his room. "What-" "I'm Youngmi, Haneul's partner for the social studies fair project. I hope it's no problem for me to be here, I assume Haneul asked you first." Youngmi smiled. "Uh, no he certainly did not." Jimin crossed his arms.

"Doesn't matter, we have work to do." Haneul scoffed, grabbing Youngmi's wrist. "We have lots of time, Haneul, chill." Youngmi laughed nervously, prying off Haneul's hand.

Again.

"Well, I'd like it if you could do the project out here." Jimin told Haneul, knowing what the two probably wanted to do. "No-" "Of course, Mr. Park." Youngmi smiled, sitting down on the floor and taking things out of her backpack. "No, we're working in my room. It's too loud out here." Haneul groaned. "I'll be quiet so you two can focus." Jimin winked at Haneul, turning around to continue making dinner.

He could hear the two start talking social studies, so he went off to his room to take a shower.

"Tell me you don't treat your dad like that all the time, Haneul." Youngmi scoffed once Jimin disappeared into his room. "Treat him like what?" Haneul questioned with a smirk. "Like one of your stupid little friends. He's your father, you respect him." Youngmi told him. "Whatever."

Jimin just finished his shower when he heard Youngmi yelling at Haneul. He laughed, knowing Haneul never paid any attention in class- espically social studies.

He was about to get a shirt on when Youngmi opened the bedroom door.

"I really must be going now Mr. Park, it was very nice meeting you." Youngmi told him rather quickly, and Jimin could see she was mad or upset. "Oh- okay-" Jimin frantically covered himself up, hiding his arms specifically. "I hope you-" "If you ever need someone to talk to, I really am someone you can talk to. I know you think I'm Haneul's girlfriend or whatever, but I'm not. I understand darker things, unlike most kids my age." Youngmi told him sadly, catching the sight of four scars on Jimin's left arm.

"Um...no, I'm okay." Jimin smiled it off, pulling a shirt over his head. "Alright. I'll see you later, Mr. Park!" Youngmi laughed, leaving the room, and soon, the house.

Jimin sighed, and went into the living room to talk with Haneul.

His dark brown hair covered his deep brown eyes, black jacket sliding off his shoulders and displaying his plain black shirt. Yet his skinny jeans ripped, and black Nike shoes on full display.

"Han-" "Your f*cking gay a*s scared her away." Haneul cursed, glaring up at Jimin. Jimin's breath left his lungs, and his heart instantly ached. "W-what-" "You're not f*cking normal, and it's clearly messing with my social life. Why can't you just get over V, he's gonna die in that coma anyway." Haneul cut him off, standing up and grabbing his social studies textbook.

"Okay, what the hell, Haneul? Do not-" "Speak to you like that because you're my dad, yeah, I know. You're always acting so weird though, talking and acting like a child- you need help." Haneul grumbled, walking off to his room and slamming the door shut.

Haneul's door shot open, revealing Jungkook with a baseball bat. "What the-!" Haneul couldn't breathe when Jungkook smashed his stereo with the bat, rock music instantly cutting out. "What the hell?!"

Jungkook pushed Haneul back, snatched his phone, and lifted up the wooden bat before smashing his phone. "WHAT THE HELL?!" Haneul screamed, going for Jungkook.

Jungkook stopped Haneul by his forearm digging into his neck, cutting off Haneul's airway. "You stay right there." Jungkook growled, pinning Haneul against the wall with his arm. He let go of Haneul, and walked over to his desk.

Busted went his computer monitor.

Smashed went his Playstation.

Shattered went his controllers.

Haneul was frozen in his spot with tears in his eyes as everything he loved was broken and smashed by Jungkook.

"Feel that heavy feeling in your chest?! Like you're gonna cry?! Huh?!" Jungkook shouted at Haneul, walking up to get in his face. "THAT'S HOW YOU MADE YOUR FATHER FEEL!" He yelled at him, making Haneul start crying.

"Now you're going to clean up your entire room, pitch all of your favorite things because they're broken. Vacuum your rug to get rid of the dust." Jungkook growled in his face, eyes dilated out of rage. Haneul tried to run, but Jungkook wasn't having it.

He grabbed Haneul by his ear, and threw him into the wall, making the 14 year-old yelp and sob harder.

"YOU ARE LOCKED IN HERE UNTIL THIS ROOM IS SPOTLESS, GOT IT?!" Jungkook yelled in Haneul's face, breath going into the younger's lungs. Haneul said nothing, only crying.

"Kim Haneul."

Jungkook grabbed Haneul's chin, and forced his head up. "Clean this mess up right now. Every, little, thing." He told him, staring deep into his soul.

"G-get o-off of me!" Haneul squirmed. "Dad!" He yelled for Jimin.

"Jimin- no." Namjoon held Jimin back from helping Haneul, Jimin now standing in the doorway.

Jungkook let go of Haneul's ear, and tossed the bat up, catching it with one hand. He removed every single video game Haneul was given, took out the CD's, and snapped each one in half, right in front of Haneul's face.

"Clean it up, Haneul."
