Chapter Eight

Taehyung's POV:

"Hoseok Hyung, when are you going to get a girlfriend?" I asked, leaning back in my office chair making it creak a little bit.

"I've been seeing this one girl and I'm taking her out on a second date tonight." He told me.

"Oh really? When am I going to meet her?" I asked.

"Soon Taehyung." He answered, chuckling. There was a knock on the door before it opened. My secretary walked in and began talking.

"Sir someone wants to speak to you and he says it's urgent." She told me.

"I should leave so you two can talk privately." Hoseok said, standing up. "I'll see you later Taehyung." He said, walking out of the room.

"Okay send him in." I said, waiting. She nodded and motioned someone to walk inside. Who I saw walking inside made me widen my eyes.

Y/N POV:

"Mommy can I have this? Please~" She begged. She saw a princess castle which was a playhouse. She already has a playhouse in her room so I don't know where she's going to put that one.

"Sweetie, you already have a playhouse." I said, looking at her.

"I want this one mommy!" She shouted, before throwing a tantrum.

"You already have one, your not getting another one and that's final." I said. What she said next, hurt me.

"I wish you weren't my mother!" She shouted. I was surprised she said that. I was starting to tear up. I turned my head so she wouldn't see my tears.

"Don't yell at your mother like that! And don't ever say something like that to her again!" I heard someone yell. I turned to see who it was and I saw a man wearing a mask and a hat.

"But I want this!" She shouted, this time at the man.

"You can't get everything you want! Now put it back and say sorry to your mom!" He shouted back. I feel like I recognize the voice but I don't think it's him.

"Fine and I'm sorry mommy for saying that I wish you weren't my mom, please forgive me." She begged, holding her arms up for a hug. I smiled faintly before hugging her.

"I forgive you but next time when I say you can't get something don't fuss please." I said, sniffling a little.

"Okay mommy." She said, putting the playhouse back the best she can. I turned to the man and smiled at him.

"Thank you." I thanked him.

"No problem, I was just helping." He said. I swear I recognize his eyes and his voice, I just can't place it. "I have to go now." He said, before turning on his heel and walking away.

"Mommy I'm sorry I said what I said, I really love you." Da-eun said, her eyes sparkling in the light showing she has tears in her eyes.

"It's alright sweetie I forgive you, but please don't say something like that again." I said, picking her up and she wrapped her arms around my neck.

"Okay mommy I won't." She said, before kissing my cheek. I put her in the cart seat and began shopping again.

20 minutes later

We were both home from shopping and I was cooking dinner when the front door opened and closed.

"Baby I'm home and I brought someone home you'd want see!" Taehyung shouted.

"I'm in the kitchen!" I shouted back. I heard two pairs of footsteps coming into the kitchen and I turned to see someone I haven't seen for two years which is my brother, Dong-hyun. (A/N - Your brother is in the military and he's been away doing military stuff.) "Oh my god Dong-hyun!" I shouted, running to him and throwing my arms around him.

"Hi lil sis." He said, chuckling and wrapping his arms around me. I can't believe he's here, he's been busy since he's been in the military. He's aware of what happened to me before and he's been more protective of me since then. "How is everything going?" He asked, pulling away.

"Everything is going great you're niece is upstairs in her room and I have some news for you." I said, smiling.

"What's the news? Is it good?" He asked, curious.

"Yes it's good news." Taehyung said, walking to the stove and stirred the contents in it.

"Well...." I began to say. "I'm pregnant." I told him. His eyes widened and he looked at both me and Taehyung with shock.

"You mean I'm going to be an uncle to another girl or boy?" He asked, still shocked.

"Yes you will Dong-hyun." I replied, chuckling.

"Oh my god, I'm so happy and excited." He said, jumping up and down in his uniform. "Does Da-eun know?" He asked.

"She found out the same time Taehyung did." I told him. My brother ran to Taehyung and engulfed him in a tight hug, making me laugh with Taehyung laughing as well. We heard footsteps coming downstairs and I turned to see Da-eun walking into the room.

"Uncle Dong!" She said, looking at his back. She calls him Dong because she can't pronounce his name yet but he doesn't mind. He let go of Taehyung and turned and Da-eun ran then hugged him.

"Hi there princess." Dong-hyun said, twirling her around. "How is your mom and dad treating you?" He asked, smiling.

"They've been treating me great Uncle Dong!" She exclaimed, giggling.

"That's good, have you been good for them?" He asked.

"Kinda." She said. Dong-hyun looked at her with concern.

"What did you do princess?" He asked, looking at her.

"I threw a fit because mommy said I couldn't get this princess playhouse I wanted." She told him.

"Did you apologize to her for throwing a fit?" He said. She nodded and he smiled back at her. "Good girl, now go get ready for dinner while I talk to your mommy and daddy." He said, putting her down. She nodded then ran to the bathroom to wash up.

"Dong-hyun when did you get back?" I asked him, taking the food off the stove and putting it in four bowls.

"I'm on military leave so I came here to spend time with my favorite sister, brother-in-law, and my niece." He answered. I smiled along with Taehyung. Da-eun came running back and we all started to eat dinner together.

15 minutes later

We were watching TV after dinner until it was time for Da-eun to sleep. Taehyung was putting her to bed while I was getting the guest room ready for Dong-hyun.

"Thank you for letting me stay here lil sis." Dong-hyun said, making me turn to face him.

"You're my brother, I'm not going to just let you stay in a hotel." I said, smiling.

"You're the best sister anyone can ever ask for Y/N." He said, hugging me then pulling away. "Good night Y/N." He said, getting into bed.

"Good night Dong-hyun." I said, closing the door behind me. I walked to mine and Taehyung's room and started getting ready for bed. Taehyung came into the room and got ready for bed as well. We both climbed into bed and cuddled before falling asleep in each other's arms.
