The Bar del Palacio is busier than usual. Many people came here today to drink and have a feast. From merchants to farmers, nobles to commoners, these people celebrated the return of the four great knights. There is no boundaries among these people no matter how rich and how poor they are. They drank alcohol like they know each other or as if they were close friends.
"Liz! What are you doing!? Hurry and come back here!" shouted Ignacio-the bar manager
"Yes! At once! " replied Liz
Liz stared at the man who fell and whose nose was bleeding and returned inside.
"Were you trying to ditch your job? " asked Ignacio
"No sir! I was welcoming another customer" answered Liz with a forced smile on her face
Ignacio looked at her and said "Just go back to work! "
Liz started serving drinks and food when Samuel entered the bar. He tried to talk to Liz, "Hey I'm Samuel El Fuego. What is your na-"
"It's Samuel! "
His greeting to Liz was interrupted by the bar guests. The guests gathered around him and said their praises and greetings to him while Samuel tried to entertain them as fast as he could.
Lis asked the manager, "Who is he? Is he popular? "
Ignacio replied back "You don't know him? He's one of the four great knights. The loud trumpets and cheers this morning was for them"
"Eh!? A knight!? Then he's one of the military men? Oh no, is he here to arrest me? "
-Hahaha, I dont think so. Your crimes is not equal to his greatness
"Heh! Laugh more and I'll gouge your eyes out! " said Liz who was teasing Ignacio about his chinky eyes
"What did you say?" said Ignacio while walking towards her. "Choose. Your job, your life, or a headbutt? "
"iieek!" Liz stepped back and she bumped to a person. It was Samuel
"Hey my name is Samuel, and you are? "
-No
"Ah, what? "
-You're here to hit on me aren't you? If you are then NO
"Hahaha, don't be like that. You're th reason why I tripped back there you know? "
-Aren't you just a dumb person who loves to kiss the floor?
"Hahaha"
-Keep laughing and I'll kill you
"I would love that"
-Alright, step outside!
Liz prepared for a fight but Ignacio stopped her by saying, "Hey Liz, did you forget about our agreement? No killing nor fighting near the bar"
"Tch, Fine. I'll kill you later Samuel" said Liz
"Hahaha, I will wait for you outside" said Samuel while walking away
"That bastard! You just wait and I will grant your death wish! " said Liz
"Liz, do your job first and save that for later, or do you want me to smack you down again? " said Ignacio
Time passed and the bar closed, Liz went outside and saw Samuel sleeping on the ground. She took her butcher's knife out and attacked Samuel. Samuel woke up. He pinned her down and their faces are so close.
"What are you trying to do!? " said Liz while struggling
Samuel didn't say a word. There was a total silence around them.
Slowly, Samuel's lips approached hers. Liz can't move. She can't understand what's happening. Everything went black and the moonlight lit the surroundings.
Tears rolled dow Samuel's cheek and he said,
"I love you still"
