I woke up to find myself wrapped in multiple blankets that were from last night. Last night. Why did he even care?

I decided to forget about it and get ready to leave. I made the bed and placed the clothes at the base then headed out the door. The castle wasn't as confusing in the day time with the natural light from the windows shining through. I found my way back to the ceremony hall. The castle staff were cleaning up the ogre. I peeked in and noticed Silas standing with Enzos father. He must be explaining what had happened.

I caught Silas' eye and he looked at me for a second. Warmth ran through my body but then a feeling of anger. I quickly looked away and the feeling disappeared. Weird I wasn't even angry at him this morning?

I finally found a door out and left heading back to the Estate.

I explained how I got lost and whatnot to Enzo as I walked in and noticed the worry on his face.

"Well glad you made it back" he said

I made my way up to my room so I could change. Slipping on some pants and a beige coloured shirt. Enzo had told me we were going to practice fighting today. It was at the request of the king we do just to be sure we are prepared in case something happens again. Although he has his guard to fight he finds peace knowing we can too so we can can protect ourselves. We've always been taught to since we were born. Well actually since I moved in with Enzo. But the others have been training for years.

I grabbed my stuff and Enzo and I started to walk towards the meadow. That's where we were going to be training.

I took in the sight of the meadow. There was still dew on the ground and the trees were still slightly frosty. Winter was coming.

Silas and Valor stood waiting for us as we walked in. They had someone else with them as well. Her curly hair was tied up in a tight bun and she was wearing a similar outfit to me.

"This is Simrette France. She's from Ruvetia. She's here to help, her father knows mine very well and she was sent here" he says not making eye contact with me at all.

She smiled.
"I'm Asteria" I say reaching my hand out for her to shake. Enzo does the same.
"Simrette" she says to both of us.

We chat for a bit and then begin to train. Simrette was really good. I watched as she fought off Silas and Enzo.

"I see your still here" I say to Valor.

Him and I were waiting.

"Our stay was extended" he says
"Where's you brother" I ask realizing he's not here.
"I'm not sure he didn't show up for breakfast" he said with concern on his face.

I'm sure I could guess who he was with.

"You wanna go next?" Simrette asks me.
"Sure" I say.

We all stand for a bit giving everyone time to rest and then I hear voices.

Chryio and Rosemary walk through the tree tunnel giggling and holding hands. I look around, Simrette looks unfazed but that's expected. Enzo and Valor look confused and Silas looks like he's going to kill someone.

The two of them stand in shock when they see us.
"Hey.." Chryio says shyly.

Rosemary immediately dropped Chryios hand and ran towards Silas.

I see Valor go scowl at Chryio.

"Silas I swear it's.." she starts
"What the fuck Rosemary" Silas says his face turning pale.
"I.." she says but can't think of an excuse.
The two of them stand staring at each other. Silas with hate and Rosemary with fear.
