For a split second everything was dead silent. Zero began to rethink his decision of coming here. Then, as if hit by lighting, Claudia launched herself out of the chair with a roar and dived towards Zero. She clawed at his face with a ferociousness that had Zero taking a step back.
"HOW DARE YOU COME IN HERE AND MENTION HIS NAME. YOU HAVE NO RIGHT. DO YOU KNOW HOW WE'VE SUFFERED? HOW WE STRUGGLED TO GET BACK ON OUR FEET? AND YOU WENT ALONG, BECOMING A DAMNED AGENT, BETRAYING YOUR FRIENDS AND ACT LIKE YOU DONT KNOW US ANYMORE."

Zero dodged and blocked the attacks as fast as he could. Claudia suddenly brought her foot up and Zero brought his left hand down to block her.
He saw his mistake too late.
She had brought her right hand up to punch him in the eye and he had to throw his head back so the punch hit his chin. With a grunt he managed to lock both her arms in one of his and with the other he hit her with a quick and powerful jab in the neck. She went limp in his arms and he layed her down on the ground.

Zero looked at the other three and waited for their outburst.
He didn't get what he was expecting.
Vanessa's eyes glimmered in her fury but he knew it wasnt against him. She seemed to look for words, something that was rarely seen with Vanessa.
She took a shaky breath and looked him straight in the eye. "We all know she's being a bit over dramatic but she didnt completely lie. You did leave us for reasons unknown and work for- work for those people. I don't think she'll ever forgive you for that. She really did trust you the most and you abandoned us like trash."

She turned away and walked over to a small dresser where she began searching for a syringe to wake Claudia up.
Zero stayed silent. He had never shown his emotions around people. He was a cold blooded killer who never hesitated. But these were his old friends and the memories rushed back with a vengeance.

His eyes moved towards Von who's face was half stuck between grief and fury. He settled for a very faint smile but when he spoke his voice was filled with sadness. "After everything you've done I really don't hate you. Its weird I know but you've always been like a brother to me." He hesitated but then continued. "For you to be here means you cant handle this alone and you need our help if you want it or not. I'll help you. Right now tho, I think I'm going out for a bit."

He stood up and walked to the door. Before exiting he paused and turned his head to the side. "They killed my twin brother Zero. Dont forget that. They killed him and left us all for dead." He shook his head and walked out the door.

A few hours after the confrontation, they all sat around the desk. Zero behind it and the other three infront. Claudia was still seething while Vanessa and surprisingly even Von were back to their usual self.

After Zero had given a full run down of his story the others sat in silence to think. He had considered to leave out a few parts of his story but he didn't want to make them distrust him anymore than they already were.

"Ok so let's put the facts in order." Vanessa grabbed a piece of paper and a pen to write down. "A drug lord named Ruzzo has a hit on you after Halwell sent you on a mission to get info from one of his henchmen. Halwell and the suit guy  from the Ruzzo place somehow have the same type of gun."
She paused. "You also were targeted after Halwell dismissed you and took your weapons. I did some research on the gun and believe it or not there are only six of those in the entire world since the blueprint had been destroyed." She had stood up to grab a laptop and put it on the desk.
"Here's a list of places the guns went after they were made."
Zero's face went dark. "You mean to tell me there are only two of those here in the States? Can you look up who owned the guns back then?"

Vanessa nodded and her fingers flew over the keyboard. In a matter of seconds she turned the laptop back for the others to see. Von tapped with his finger on the desk. "This doesnt make any sense. If four of those six guns were shipped off to Australia and one was destroyed by its owner, how did Zero see two of those guns here?"

Vanessa's eyes lit up and her fingers did their magic as an idea came up. "I think I can figure that out."

After five intense minutes, it was a silent Vanessa who slowly turned the Laptop around. Zero grumbled under his breath, Von closed his eyes and Claudia threw Zero an accusing glare.
Zero ignored it and looked over the laptop at Vanessa. "So the gun that was destroyed was owned by the agency? "
Vanessa nodded and pointed with a left finger at the bottom of the screen. "But that's not all. The last gun was reported stolen by its owner, a company named Amino. I looked the name up but there is no company that's named Amino." She stopped as she looked at Zero. He glared at the laptop. "No need to search for it. Amino is one of the covers for the agency."

Von looked at each one of them before he spoke up. "So if the last two remaining guns was sent to the agency, how did suit guy have one? And most importantly, why did the agency order a gun that was used to kill my brother?"

Claudia looked like she was ready to jump Zero again as he stared the laptop with a frown. How was he supposed to handle this?
