Dancing beneath my bare and strained feet
Eases away the harsh weight of Our memories
Yet falls short of taking away the pain of loneliness.
I've searched for You
Endlessly and aimlessly
Wandering through the streets You once walked
Only to find them barren of any warmth of Your love.
