Chapter 5 "Rain"

I wanted to get up and leave but I was trapped in the booth. I guess my seating choice didn't work out very well. I still tried to ignore him by playing on my phone but then I felt rude not talking to Jaeden, Wyatt and Jack. My friend knew that I was upset so she knew that I didn't want to talk. "So y/n how are you feeling about last night?" Jack asked me making me put my phone away.

"Everyone seems super sweet and nice. I had a really good time" I reply. I was lying but I didn't want the conversation to be all about me emotions.

"I had a really good time too" Wyatt agrees with me shooting me a smile. He was really cute but Finn always kept you separated from him. After sitting there awkwardly for around an hour we all leave.

"What was up with you" my friend asks me as we are walking.

"Finn is being annoying again" I reply "he won't just leave me alone!"

"Well hey it's okay! After we get home you don't have to hang out with him ever again! We can just hang out with Wyatt, Jaeden and Jack" she says trying to cheer me up. I slightly smile. I know that it wouldn't work, Finn was like the leader of all of them. It's like they were all scared of him but also friends with him. Then I feel a tap on my shoulder.

"Guess who" a voice says cheerfully.

"The only person in the world that is that happy has to be Wyatt" I say turning around and facing him.

"Am I really that happy?" He asks laughing and smiling.

"Yes!" I reply "it's like you never get angry or sad about anything. It's kind of funny if I'm being completely honest."

"What can I say, I'm just a funny guy" at this point we were both wheezing. It wasn't even funny which made me laugh harder because he was laughing so hard.

"What's so funny" Finn asks in a serious tone. He was on the other side of Wyatt.

"I don't know, I'm just a funny guy" Wyatt says still laughing. I couldn't even contain myself but I stopped laughing when Finn looked over at him. He looked almost angry. What did I even do wrong?

"What was that for?" My friend asks me referring to Finn's glare.

"Not sure" I say "he looked so angry"

"Maybe he likes you" she says teasing me

"Finn does not like me. He is so rude to me all the time and doesn't respect my emotions. Even if he did I don't like him back so it would go nowhere." I explain

"Wait so then do you like who I think you like?" She asks me referring to Wyatt

"Maybe just a little bit" I answer blushing "but shut up because you like Jaeden!"

"Maybe just a little bit" she says and we both start laughing. I look over to my right where Wyatt was but now Finn is standing there. Wyatt was definitely scared of Finn so if Finn asked him to move then he would.

"Where did Wyatt go?" I ask Finn

"He's over by Jack" Finn explains in a serious tone. Jack was all way on the other side of the group.

"Why did he go over there?" I asked Finn

"Dunno" he answers. I knew that he knew. Gosh! Why couldn't I just talk to Wyatt. Why did he have such a big problem with that! It's not like Wyatt was going to hurt me or anything! He was literally the nicest guy. We all continue walking until we get back to the park. I wasn't really in the mood to skate anymore so I just sat down on a bench. I removed the stupid wrap from around my hand and just played on my phone. I guess that I was just waiting for the nice Finn to come back. I didn't know why he was so on and off but it was annoying.
