"okay so we've got potions with the gryffindors great." i say to mary as she just smiles in return "honestly evie, i don't get why you don't like gryffindors you have lily who is a gryffindor." mary says in frustration.

"i just think they make dumb choices and don't think or care about anyone but themself." i say fixing my yellow and black tie. "of course, not all gryffindors are like that." i finish speaking as we walk into the potions classroom in the dungeons.

"ahh evie, mary nice of you to join me again this year." professor slughorn says. mary and i just nod in return. "evie you sit with james potter in the front." i groan and walk over to him and sit down. "mary you sit next to arthur weasley." professor slughorn says as marlene sits down next to arthur.

"today we are going to be making veritaserum, any body know what that is." slughorn says as i raise my hand. "it's a truth potion sir." "excellent evie 5 points to hufflepuff." professor slughorn says.

"hey." james says as we are putting the ingredients into the cauldron. "hi." i say a bit confused as we've been in silent for 20 minutes. i didn't really like james because i just thought that he was one of those idiots who doesn't care about anyone but themself.

"your really pretty." james says as i stop what i'm doing and just look at him. "i thought you had a crush on one of my friends lily?" "i do it's just a compliment." james says as he gets back to work on the potion. i nod still suspicious of him.

as james and i finish up the potion professor slughorn is all's up to us and nods and says "10 points to gryffindor and hufflepuff." mary looks at me and just smiles. at the corner of my eye i see remus lupin and sirius black i've became good friends with the both of them and noted that remus and sirius both glance at each over during classes.

me and remus met at the library and i asked if remus could help me with my homework as he said yes. me and sirius met in detention sirius for doing a prank and me for doing a prank as well seeing that we both did the same thing we became good friend and basically just passed notes to each over all of detention.

remus has told me about his crush on sirius and so has sirius. i always know that when they get older they are going to be boyfriend and boyfriend and get married. they may both be stupid to not realise they are both inlove
but i'm not i knew from the very start.

FLASHBACK

sirius and remus were stood waiting to be sorted as soon remus came up sirius shot his head up in his way trying to guess at what house he was going to get, he guessed gryffindor and got it right.

remus glances at sirius as he walked to the gryffindor table he shook hands with some people and began to listen. he heard a name called sirius black and the same boy he was looking at came up.

evie was sort of watching remus look at the boy and began to make a bet in her head that they would get together one day.

END OF FLASHBACK

potions class had just finished and evie began packing up her things and going to the great hall all of this still felt like a dream it still feels like yesterday she got her letter saying that she was a witch her parents were very confused at this until she ended her first year it's now her fourth year.

she sat down at the hufflepuff table and began eating some chicken wings and chips, hogwarts food has always been her favorite no one could ever make her think twice about that. she loved the chicken wings. dinner ended she went to the gryffindor table to say bye to lily evans and marlene mckinnon the two out of five people she trusted in gryffindor.

she trusted peter pettigrew because he was one of the first friends she made at hogwarts except mary. peter, mary and evie day together on the hogwarts express and that was the beginning of there friendship.

she walked out of the great hall and went to the hufflepuff common room. she brushed her teeth put her curly brown hair into a bun and washed her face she got into bed and drifted off to sleep.

yes i know i put mary macdonald in hufflepuff i just think that she would be a great hufflepuff and is more a hufflepuff than gryffindor.
