Additional information about MF ( Myelofibrosis ):

There is no drug therapy that can cure MF. The only potential cure for MF is allogeneic stem cell transplantation. But this procedure is risky for older patients and those with other health problems. Because MF primarily affects older adults, a stem cell transplantation is not a treatment option for most MF patients. So like there's a possibility that the patient won't survive through out the surgery or transplant the percentage of surviving is 50/100

And since Y/N don't have any health problem or anything wrong with her body the reason why she refused being cured is still a mystery for you
