CEDRICS POV
I stopped shaking her hand and smiled. I realized she was Olivers cousin, maybe even sister. "Wood, are you?" I started but she cut me off. "I'm Oliver Woods younger sister, and I am currently running away from him" She chuckled. Oliver and I don't have the best past.

I got a quick glance of her brother across the street. I felt kind of worried for a second but I don't really know why. "Well you might want to hide cause he's right over there," I warned Olivia pointing to her brother across the street. She dove into a pile of spell books after rolling her eyes.

Holding back laughter I took that as a hint and bought the cauldron I had came in for. I turned around to see Oliver obviously looking for his sister. Just before he would have found her he looked over at me. "Have you seen my sister Trial?" Oliver asked.

Oliver called me trial because, last year the Hufflepuff quidditch team won against Gryffindor and that wouldn't have happened if I didn't catch the golden snitch. I was in the stands, stuck my hand out and somehow got a hold of it. I then passed it, to the real Hufflepuff seeker. "I didn't even know you had a sister Wood," I lied shrugging.

"Don't you remember when you stared at my sister in my family photos last year?" He asked. I had totally forgot about that. I don't know what I looked like right then, but I am pretty sure with the shade of my face I could enter a county fair as a tomato. I could hear a slight chuckle from where Olivia was. "Well I have to go find her, bye Diggory," Oliver spat with a smirk creeping on to his face as he turned away.

As soon as he was out of sight Olivia came out of her hiding spot. "I remember my brother screaming from his room at 3:00 am. 'Trials stupid act should have been frowned on! Not applauded!' He was so jealous so if he teases you, don't take it personal." Olivia reassured me. I blushed and looked away only managing to say "thanks" to her.

"Her hair looks really pretty in the sunlight," I thought to myself. I pushed it out of my mind though. Olivia quickly grabbed a cauldron from the large pile, then ran back towards the counter. (Bang) she slammed the cauldron onto the counter. "2 sickles please," an old man who was smoking a pipe, which smelt horrible, scowled.

Olivia (who's face looked like she just saw a bird eating a worm) fished two sickles out of her pocket then handed them over to the old grumpy man. "You have to pay too ya know," The old man scowled. Before I could say anything Olivia pulls another two sickles out of her pocket and gives them to the old man.

"Here you go" she states. I feel something tugging my wrist out of the smoky shop. Look over to see it is Olivia who doesn't look to pleasant. "Old,rude, Stupid little-," Olivia starts to mutter. "Ba ba ba ba," I interrupt before she can curse.
I see her eyes roll then she starts to walk away.

"Want to shop together," I blurt out hoping she doesn't keep walking away. She slowly turns around almost as if it was like a dramatic pause. "Sure, I could use a friend," she agrees. "Let's go," Olivia announces running to find another shop dragging me with her.
,
"Wait, you're a first year don't you need a wand?" I ask. "Ya, I do. Although I am probably going break it within a week," she smirks. "Then we definitely need to go to Ollivanders wand shop," I add. Olivia suddenly grabs my arm and runs to the shop.

I think to myself why am I going with her again? Right before I can think of an answer she pulls me aside and says "Does any of your friends have a nickname for you?" She asks. I had a big friend group but the only nickname they could form for me was Ced.

"S-sometimes they call me Ced b-but they just started calling me that so, yah," I reply unbearably stuttering. There was a 5 second pause of complete silence. "I'm going to call you Ric then," Olivia informed me. "All you could think of was ric, how?" I asked.  "I could call you Trial like my brother," she reminded me.

"You know, the nickname Ric isn't that bad now that I think about it," I say. I feel as though she is going to make it worse. "Hello Ricaman how are you doing," Olivia blurted out. I was right, she made it worse. "Good how about you Olister," I shot back I honestly don't even know how I thought of that.

"Hello children," an old crazy looking man calls at us. I jumped back and shrieked. Olivia pushes me forwards I then realized I had jumped back into her holding me from falling to the ground. "You Ollivander?" Olivia asks. She definitely wasn't as scared as me.

That is one of the reasons I wasn't put into Gryffindor. "Yes I am. Ahh Cedric, I remember you from one year ago," Ollivander added. "Come on in," He gestures us. We walked into the old wobbly shop it smelt like damaged wood.
