"um no ... rule #1...no jackson." i had told myself to give myself a reminder
i woke up the next morning with jackson still holding me tight. i touched him to wake him up but he didn't move so i just turned back around.
"good morning." he said with a deep morning voice.
"hey we need to get ready for school." i said
"you sure you feel up to it." jackson said with concern
"breakfast is ready!" yelled my mom
"well by the sounds off that yeah i think i am."
before i could get up he gave me one last hug
and whispered in my ear
"i will be here for you always:"
when he said that i could feel my whole body melting like ice in a hot day.
"thank you." i said back to him
we started to make our way down to the kitchen. but then i saw him chris. my body froze it felt like i just lost control of my body.
" happy birthday sweetie i know the big 16 and be a big big year." she said with excitement
"yeah i guess so." i said still staring at chris see the thing is is that i know it's considered rude to stare but i couldnt stop myself.
"honey i have a surprise for you....we are going to the DMV to get your license today after school." she said hoping it would lighten to mood.
"thanks mom that sounds nice i think." i said
" i didn't know it was your birthday?" jackson whispered in my ear
" yeah but don't make it a big deal it's already been ruined." i said as i looked back at chris then looking back at jackson.
i didn't eat breakfast i just couldn't bare seeing chris anymore. i went up to change and get ready for school. It's not like i really did want to go i just didn't want to stay here with chris and mom.
i grabbed my mom jeans and my bratz pink crop top.
to change into in the bathroom.
~~~~lunch
the best part of my day was seeing the gang hang out at the table me, Georgia, Sarah, Oliver, Mason , and now Jackson. we all sat there Oliver making fun of Georgia , Jackson and mason joking around, and me and Sarah talking bout how there all crazy. it's the one part of the day where i can let go and actually be a teenager.
"happy birthday Ryan!!" they all said in unison
"awe thanks guys but there's no need to make a big deal.?!" i said hoping they would stop i hated the attention.
" no ray... ur sixteen which means we have a official DD for all the parties." Georgia said as the rest of them laughing . they only said that cause i'm the innocent one i haven't done anything. Georgia lost her v card at 14 to Oliver when they where a thing now they just tolerate each other as if they where brother and sister. Her mom found out what they did that's why she doesn't have a car, and same goes for Oliver. Sarah is dating mason and they took each other's v card. Mason can drive and normally he does but he always gets drunk or something around the sorts which means he can't ever drive. Sarah just doesn't have a car cause her parents don't trust her. Which leaves Jackson all of us don't really know what he's like just yet at parties but i guess we will find out tonight.
~~~~the last bell
the last bell of the day rang and all of us jumped into my car me and Jackson in the front, Georgia and Sarah in the middle, and Oliver thought it would be funny if he layed on the floor. no one tried to stop him we just let Oliver be Oliver. Then mason in the trunk.
as we got to my house i see it. i see his car.
"hey guys i'm going to go in first if that's okay." i said they all looked at me with a confused face but i turned to look and jackson.
"goo on i will tell them." he said kicking me out of the car.
as i left i could hear him telling them what happened last night but i didn't want to think or even focus bout that. at this time it's about 5:00 and this boy named Joshua is having a party and since i got my license they thought it would be the perfect celebration for my birthday. Honestly tho taking my drunk friends home doesn't sound like the best celebration but i went with it.
"hey mom why is chris's car in the front?" i asked
" oh i had to get mine fixed so he let me use his... he's at work honey." she said
" oh okay..."
"honey i know you don't...." i couldn't bare hear it so i stopped her before she could say it
"me and the gang are doing to joshes for the night then after i'm going to Sarah's... so i will talk to you later."
" oh okay sweetheart have fun." she said hoping i would stay. i walked as fast as i could to the car.
~~~~~ 8:00
i keep trying to find Jackson and Georgia but they were no where to be seen
"hey Sarah have you seen Georgia or Jackson?" i asked she shook her head no.
i went down the hall and opened one of the bathrooms door as i saw them...
"oh Ryan look..." i shut to door before Georgia could say anything. All i saw was her on top of him against the wall. Making out.
"Sarah can we go..... like now."
