Avatar: The Legend Of Kianna

The Teacher pt.2

         "Tag! You're it!" Laughed Saota. A young Kianna chased him through a winter forest. They ran up and down icy hills. At the last hill, they both slid down the hill, giggling. Snow fell on Kianna's face as Saota got up and started running again. Kianna was not far behind.

         "Tag! I got you!" Kianna smiled. Saota did not answer. "Saota?"  The blue sky turned gray. The wind howled loudly. The snow descended hard onto the ground. The storm aggressively blew Kianna's hair around. Saota remained completely still. Kianna placed her hand on his shoulder. He turned around to show that his face was replaced with a white mask with a red dot in the middle. Kianna began to sink into the ground. "SAOTA!" She screamed. Her older brother stomped her deeper into the hole. 

         Kianna fell from the sky into a stage. The entire crowd wore the same white mask. The man behind her forced her to the ground. 

         "I will take your bending away. Permanently.". Kianna woke up with a jolt. She sighed, relived that it was all a dream. She got up from the floor, wondering how she got there. 

         "What happened? Why am I on the ground?" Kianna questioned. She got up from the floor and looked around. "Why are you looking at me like that?''. Amya and Ms. Sato looked confused and concerned.

        "You passed out for half an hour!" explained Amya. "C'mon we're almost done with the tour of the house."

Inside Future Industries...

       "35 years ago, my mother had an idea, an ostrich-horse carriage run entirely by itself. She started Future Industries, and now we sell sato-moblies around the world. This is the division you'll be working in." Shiro told Zuri. Zuri looked around amazed.

         "Wow! I've loved your mom's work for years, how does all this work?" Zuri asked.

         "The earthbending miners bring the earth into the factory and look for metal, the water and firebender purify the metal, the metalbenders and non-benders all help build the sato-mobile. And-" 

         "So what do you do?" Zuri cut off. She smiled awaiting for an answer.

        "No one ever asked me that before, uh, I help my mom around the facility, that's about it." he responded. 

         "I'll see you tomorrow!" Zuri said while she left the building.

         Zuri walked back to the mansion, regretting not getting a ride. Kianna, Amya and Noriko were waiting outside for her. Kianna whistled for Luka and they all mounted her. 

        "How was Future Industries? Was it cool? How do they make cars? When do you start work? Can we get a car?" Amya asked excitedly. 

        "Cool, yes, I'll tell you later, 9 o'clock tomorrow, maybe." Zuri said. The three girls arrived at home and Zuri got off Luka. She walked up to the door and did not hear anyone behind her. Zuri turned around and saw that Amya and Kianna were nowhere to be seen. She started to panicky and started to go look for them.

Future Industries Fishery...

          The address Noriko gave Kianna was outside a Future Industries Fishery on a dock. It was foggy and the two could barely see. Luka growled at something in the distance. A ship slowly pulled up to the harbor and a man with a mask stepped off the boat onto the dock. 

         "Inoa." Amya murmured.
