"Tadashi~" the girl sang as her boyfriend sat crouched over his desk, scribbling on his paper. He was studying for an upcoming test and in the process he had unknowingly been neglecting you. He looked over at you as you playfully pouted. You sat on his bed, arms crossed as you pouted at him. He smiled softly over at you as his cheeks turned a light pink. "You haven't talked to me since I got here" you whined and the boy found it adorable. "I just have a few more problems" he responded shyly and the girl threw herself back on the bed and let out a loud, over dramatic sigh. Yamaguchi turned back to his paper as a smile made its way to his lips. He continued to work on his homework until he noticed an unfamiliar silence. He turned around and saw you sleeping. He smiled as his cheeks turned turned pink. He quickly packed up his papers and put them away before gently kissing your forehead and heading to the bathroom to shower. As Yamaguchi showered you began to twist and turn, small whimpers leaving your lips as your eyebrows furrowed in your sleep. About 20 minutes passed before your boyfriend re-entered his room wearing a plain white t-shirt and joggers, his hair down and dripping from the shower. He put his dirty clothes in the laundry basket before he heard another whimper. He quickly turned and saw you curled up into a ball, whimpering as tears rolled down your cheeks. "Y/n" he said softly and quickly rushed over to you. He gently shook your shoulders while calling your name softly before your eyes burst open, your lip quivering in the process. "Yams" you cried and pulled him down into a hug. He was slightly taken aback but was quick to pull you onto his lap and held you tightly as you sobbed into the crook of his neck. "Baby what happened? Did you have a nightmare?" Yams cooed softly into your ear. He felt you nod and gently stroked your hair as he whispered sweet nothings into your ear in attempts to calm you down. Your breath finally slowed and Yamaguchi could tell you had fallen back to sleep. He rearranged you both so you were under the blankets and laying down, cuddled up with one another. Your head laid on his chest as his arms wrapped tightly around your waist. He gently kissed your forehead and admired your sleeping form. "You are so beautiful. How did I get so lucky" he whispered sweetly. Anyone could see how in love Yamaguchi was with you. It was extremely obvious that he would do anything for you and vise versa. You were both perfect for each other in the eyes of your friends. He was shy and timid while you were a bit outgoing and loud. You were poler opposites and you both attracted. You both brought out the best in one another. Yamaguchi grew sleepy as he listened to your soft snores. "Goodnight princess, I love you" he whispered before kissing your forehead one last time and dozing off.
