Sorta goes along with my gender-fluid one- i feel since Helen was almost constantly under some sort of mental pressure he never really found himself. Assuming hes straight instead of being a dumb teen and trying new things hes now too scared to try. I highly doubt he is confident as a man, since he was basically ment to be a woman in everyway and only gained anything that made him seem manly when he got out of the asylum. I feel he would sometimes put on dresses or things like that and just do stuff or something sorta girly and stuff like that.
