I was hoping my mom would accept my apology but she didn't. She was dead serious about putting me out and she even threw some of my clothes outside.

So here I am now at Chris's place with a small bag in hand, while being wet and cold.

I knocked on his door hoping he was awake even though it's around three in the morning.

Surprisingly he's awake and he answered the door with his shirt off.

"Natalie what are you doing out this late? Are you okay? How long have you been out here?" Chris questioned me while dragging me inside his house.

"My mom won't accept my apology and she really kicked me out. Chris I'm sorry about what I said earlier , it's not your fault. It's mines and I guess I have to pay for it." I explained to Chris while he held me in his arms.

"No , you don't have to apologize to me and you're more then welcome to stay here with me." He said kissing the top of my forehead.

I pushed back from Chris and looked up at him.

"Are you sure?" I asked him with hope in my eyes.

He nodded his head. "Look you'll be 18 in a couple of days and I want to give you a place to stay." He said.

"You don't have to do this y'know? I don't want to disturb you." I replied.

"Girl please you won't disturb nobody but CJ." Chris said licking his lips.

"Who's CJ?" I asked him confusingly.

He looked down and then he looked back to my face. "Trust me you don't want to know." He answered with a smile on his face.

I giggled.

"Well I'm pretty tired so can you show me where I will be sleeping." I asked him while picking up my small bag of clothes.

He nodded his head and then he showed me to my room.

"Chris I'm not staying in here." I argued while rolling my eyes.

"Why? It can be our room." He replied hopping on his bed.

"Nope. I want a separate room." I demanded.

He sighed. "Ugh fine come on." He said getting out the bed and walking out the room.

I followed behind him with a smirk on my face.

"This is more like it." I said looking around the cozy room.

He nodded "yeah , yeah get to bed." He said before walking out the room.

I chuckled. He must be mad because I won't sleep in his room.

After taking a shower in the bathroom connected to the room , I got settled in the bed , and turned off the light.

I was about to drift off to sleep when I hear the door open slowly.

Chris poked his head in the room before closing the door.

He slowly crept over to my bed and climbed in beside me.

He instantly grabbed onto my body and cuddled up close to me.

"Goodnight babygirl." He said kissing me softly on the lips.

After a little while we both drifted off to sleep close together.
