squish bob.

The beginning.

It was a warm summer day when Bob got kicked out. So I guess I should start. Bob was working on his homework when he heard his mother call him.

"BOB!" 

Bob squished down stairs which basically means that he he turned into a blob of slime and went through  the walls.  When he got to the kitchen his mother, Beth and his dad,  Jeff were talking. 

"Bob..." His father started. "Your mother and I think it's time for you to go get a quest..."

"What?!" Bob exclaimed. What they were saying was that they were kicking him out! It was a great honor to get a quest from Queen Squish.  But Bob was very young at the time. "I am far to young!" 

"Well, it's getting harder to feed three people ever since the Squooshes attacked last year." His mother said calmly. 

So, I should probably explain the war. So there are two  kingdoms, The Squishes and The Squooshes. They never agreed with each other so they made an oath to stay away from each other. Until last year... everyone was in the town square while the Queen Squish of the Squishes made a speech about the new school opening later that day when they heard a BOOM! They turned around and shops were being raided, children were being taken and people being slaughtered. Panic broke out and everyone was running for shelter. The Knights who always protected the kingdom were fighting. Everyone immediately knew it was the Squooshes.  Bob and his family ran back to there home and the Queen had guards surrounding her. Once they got to there home which sat on the far side of the kingdom on top of a hill, they could see Squishes being slaughtered. When the Squooshes ran everyone was paranoid. The kingdom hadn't been attacked in nearly 75 years! Ever since then it was hard to get food and water.

Bob shivered as he remembered what happened that day. "B-but what if I don't come back alive or the quest is too hard for me! What if I don't succeed?!" 

"We will talk to the Queen tomorrow morning. And at least you will be the first Squish in your family to get a quest." Jeff said boredly.   

"Okay..." Bob said not feeling any better. He squished through the wall and continued to work on homework.
