The next day Bob and his parents went to go see the queen. Her palace was right in the middle of the kingdom. It was tall and had a moat. It was made mainly out of stone. It had flags that were green with a purple colored blob in the middle. The flag of the Squishes. They crossed the moat and walked into the palace. (The door was always open unless it was night). The queen was sitting on her green and purple throne and sipping tea.
She smiled at them. "How can I help you?"
They bowed to her.
"Me and Jeff think it's time for Bob to get a quest. " His mother said
"Hm... Isn't he only in his sixth year at the Academy?" The queen asked.
"Well yes... But we think it will be good for him." His mother said glancing at Bob's father.
"What are some good qualities he has?" She questioned.
"He is very smart, top of his class! And is very sneaky and clever." His father said acting like Bob wasn't standing right next to them.
"Oh well. I think I have a quest just for him!" She said excitedly. "I'll be right back!" She stepped off her throne and walked away.
"Oh yay!" Beth said. "Make us proud!"
"Mom, we don't even know what the quest is yet." Bob said.
"So? We know you will do a great job no matter what." His father said and smiled.
The queen came back with a smile on her face. "You are in luck! We have the perfect quest!"
"What is it?" Bob asked.
"Well since you are top of your class I bet you know your history."
"Yes ma'am." Bob replied.
"So here's what it is-"
