Harry's P.O.V

Ron finds out about the late night meet ups me and Draco have, he's mad at first, but gets used to it. He of course tells Hermione about it. They now keep teasing me about liking draco.

"You obviously like him, I see you stare at him every time he's in the same room as you." Hermione states

Im starting to think It might be true. I never thought about me liking guys. It looks like Blaise and Pansy are teasing Draco too. At least I'm not the only one.

Another time skip 🍄

A lot of time passes and me, Ron, and Hermione are all friends with Draco, Blaise, and Pansy. So the friendship isn't really private anymore but I usually hang out with the Slytherins more than my friends do, but i don't really care much. I enjoy their company. They are very entertaining and Draco makes me feel like I'm worth something. its been 3 months since me and Draco became friends, and we've recently started hanging out more. Today is actually one of the days we get to hang out together without everyone else around. We hang out during the weekend, sometimes during free periods, and at night if we're both up.

Right now me and Draco have a free period, I'm getting my invisibility cloak so people don't think we're dating or anything. We meet up in the room of requirement because that's the most private place in this school, at least I think it is.

"Hey" I said as Draco walked in.

Then we just start talking until I eventually get lost in his beautiful eyes. We just sit there and look into each other's eyes for about 2 minutes. His eyes are so pretty, they're like silver. When our eye contact breaks I realize his hand is laying on mine, but I decide not to move my hand. It doesn't feel awkward, it actually feels really nice and makes me want to jump around like a little kid. I see his cheeks glow a little pink and I'm definitely blushing a little too. Then he grabs my hand and our fingers intertwine, so we just sit there talking and holding hands till our next class started.

Draco's P.O.V

I'm hanging out with Harry and he just randomly starts staring into my eyes, I start to gaze into his eyes too. We're both lost in each other's eyes for a couple minutes. They are emerald green, and they look so perfect. Without realizing, my hand moves and lays on top of his. Surprisingly he doesn't move his hand, he just blushes. I take the chance to hold his hand and he's actually fine with it.

Does harry like me, why is he letting me hold his hand. It doesn't matter, I'll just enjoy the moment incase it never happens again.

Every chance I get I lock eyes with harry, in classes, in the Great hall, and even in the halls. We also smile at each other a lot now.

It's night but Harry either isn't coming or will be really late. I just wanted to make sure he's okay, so I walk to the Gryffindor common room. I know the password from listening to Harry say it when I walk him back.

I just realized, I don't know where Harrys dorm is.

That is until I hear him yelling and crying. I run toward the sound and see him violently moving in his bed. I can tell he's having a nightmare. I shake him but he doesn't wake.

"Harry, wake up" I try to say loud enough for him to hear but quiet enough so he's the only one to wake up, obviously not thinking about the fact that his screams could easily wake them up too. I eventually just hit him. He wakes up and I hug him and wipe the tears off his face. We stay on his bed to talk tonight, he puts a silencing charm on his bed so we don't wake his friends.
