"everyone loves christmas! how can you hate it?"

park sunghoon turned to the person beside him with the most offended look he can ever give. he really was offended.

"i think it's disgusting."

cha saera shrugged off sunghoon's shocked expression without any enthusiasm about the subject of their argument.

"hey, no offense! although you really look offended. why do you look so serious?" she laughed at him for taking it so seriously.

"i am serious! i challenge you to give me at least one good reason why you hate it."

"oh, i can list more than that. the busy streets, the annoying lights, the colors red and green don't match, and who even created santa? they should have made him like a cute penguin and not some old fat guy."

sunghoon couldn't believe what he's hearing. all the reasons she said just doesn't make sense to him.

"saint nicholas is real! and his spirit just whispered to me how offended he was! you're obviously on the naughty list."

"what- how even- are you telling me, a boy as old as you, still believes in santa's nice and naughty list?" she looked at him from head to toe, clearing judging him for his innocence.

"from now on, i hate you. goodbye, the grinch!" he skated away, leaving her at the farthest point from the entrance of the ice skating rink.

"wait, don't leave me! i don't know how to skate!"
