To be honest; I have absolutely no idea where the picture game came from.
Participants:
At least 2. The more the better the game will work.
Requirement:
A length of string rope or something similar. there should be enough for when tied together there can be a circle when the ends are knotted.
Scissors, knife, or another sharp object/edge.
One small mirror per participants/players
A camera with flash capabilities. PHONE CAMERA'S ARE NOT RECOMENDED!
A drinking glass.
A beverage, preferable alcoholic. Wine is recommended.
A very quiet room.
Instructions:
The prelude.
1. Begin at Midnight.
2. Make the string or rope into a circle by tying the ends together in a knot.
3. Place the rope circle in the middle of the room.
4. Place the drinking glass in the middle of the circle.
5. Fill the glass with the beverage that you are using.
6. Arrange the participants in a circle by sitting them around the outside of the rope circle.
7. Each participant must place there mirror in front of them. The reflecting part must be facing the ceiling.
8. Turn off the light.
The invitation.
1. The participants must close their eyes and all hold hands.
2. Now each participant one after another must say "I trust you." The participant must not say it in uncertainty; they must also say it individually.
3. After all participants stated there trust they must all say together. "The door is open, please come in."
4. The participants may open their eyes now.
The sitting.
1. Begin the sitting by having one participant take the camera; they must say "I caught you," and point the camera toward the middle of the circle and take a picture.
2. Pass to the next person in the circle and let them do the same thing. If you are using a digital camera, DO NOT preview the image.
IMPORTANT: IF A PARTICIPANT STARTS TO CRY OR FEEL SICK, DO NOT LET THEM TAKE A PICTURE!!!
3. Once the camera has been passes around the circle three times, put it down.
The Farwell
1. After all participants have taken a picture, they must hold hands again and and say " It's time to go home."
2. Each participant must turn their mirrors upside down.
3. Turn on the lights.
4. Use the sharp object to cut the rope and open the circle
5. Take the drinking glass and empty it. It's recommended if you empty it on a patch of Earth.
The Review.
1. You can now review the pictures.
2. Do you see it?
Red flags.
If you see any of these happen, DO NOT CONTINUE THE RITUAL!!
If one or more participant is acting in an uncharacteristic manner
If one or more participant says they're frightened.
If a red flag participant take a picture.
DO NOT look at the picture
DO NOT continue with the ritual
Destroy the camera immediately.
I would never recommended this but you guys are little shits and are gonna play it anyway.
