A/N: Sorry this Chapter was one week late. I felt very unsatisfied with this chapter and I feel like it was a tiny bit rushed. But no matter how I tried to change it, it didn't suit my taste, so I kept it the same. This chapter was really bad but I hope you stick with me until the end. (。•́︿•̀。)

Harry waited impatiently as the world cup drew closer.

Ron's letter returned with a wooden box,

Hey Harry,

Are you sure you don't want to come? Hermione thinks that you should come as well. Things aren't as fun as when you're here with us. And what's ";)"? Is that some sort of secret code? Also,  make sure those stupid Dursleys don't get to you, Harry. One letter and I'll be here with the car again...or maybe something else - the car got confiscated.

And sure, Harry. But you don't need to pay them. I wouldn't give them money for candies and toys that might bite your ear off or turn you purple.

~Ron W.

P.S. Mom says if you're ever treated badly again she'd hex those Dursleys herself, so don't be afraid to tell us if you're in trouble.

Harry laughed and shook his head at how dense and clueless Ron was. But, it was true that Ron would like Hermione a bit later, after Lavender Brown. But this time, Harry was going to make sure Ron was the one that took Hermione to the Yule Ball.

Harry Paused when the Yule Ball crossed his mind. He wasn't sure who he was going to go with. He didn't want to go with Parvati again, she nor he seemed to enjoy the Dance a slightest bit. He wasn't going to ask Cho again, and definitely NOT Ginny. They had broken up after the war, and Harry didn't want to go through that again. Maybe Luna, as friends of course...

Harry shook his head, he needed to think of something else. He looked down at the wooden box Hedwig brought back. He opened the lid to find it filled with candies wrapped in so many different colors. A notecard was on top with the different colored wrappers and labels. It was titled "a Guide to the Wheezy Candies". Harry put the notecard back in, closed the lid, and shoved it under his bed.

Harry sat there for a moment, thinking, before he felt Hedwig pecking at his hands. "Hey!" Harry looked up, and saw that another letter was attached to her leg. Harry took it off and immediately recognized the neat handwriting:

Dear Harry,

Harry! What are you planning to do? Whatever it is  you better be well prepared for the consequences. Honestly! What's going on inside your head?

*Insert more nagging*

But anyways, Harry, I haven't told Ron. Yet. But I will the moment something goes wrong at the world cup. Harry, whatever you're planning, I was hoping you could tell me when we meet up in secret. Harry, you MUST  tell me. Whenever you have plans like this, things get dangerous. I need to be there to help you. I will keep this a secret for now, but I still think it's best if we tell Ronald.

I got Mr. Weasly to ask the ministry to set up a portkey near your house, 5 blocks down. I told the Weaslys I wouldn't be going with them, but would meet them there. My parents are taking us. We'll arrive at your house in 5 days, 10:00AM sharp.

I'm not telling you what the portkey is. Because if you want to find it, you're coming with us.

~Hermione

Harry smiled down at the letter, thanks, 'Mione...

But a frown crept over his face a little. Hermione was willing to go so far for him...he wasn't going to let something like the past life happen ever again.

Suddenly, his eyes started to well up and something caught in his throat. He had missed the constant nagging of Hermione, her pretty handwriting, and knowing she was alive and well, eager to learn as always. He missed Ron being a clueless doofus at times, but was always there for him. He missed the way Ron and Hermione had sacrificed so much for him. He had also missed the snowy feathers of Hedwig and her nipping at his fingers.

His knees went weak and he collapsed to the bed, heaving out a sigh.

When he came back in time, it had felt like a dream. He wanted to change his future, and when he slowed down to look around, he felt grateful. He felt sad and confused and happy and desperate. The feelings overwhelmed him.

Harry gripped his pillow and tried to find his pills.

Oh, right...I might need to get some...

Harry sighed as he slowly opened the window the tiniest bit. He had a few coins loose in his pant pockets. He stuck a leg outside. He swung the other leg over, leaving his two hands clasped to the windowsill.

Hedwig gave him a curious look and Harry bobbed his head, motioning for him to follow. Harry let go and he fell to the grassy lawn. Hedwig flew out after him.

Harry put a finger to his mouth, telling her to be as quiet as possible. He slowly tiptoed away and started to walk faster to the store nearby. Hedwig was seated peacefully on his shoulder, tired after traveling to the Burrow and back.

Not wanting to be seen by his neighbors or other people he knew, he decided to walk farther and farther until he found another small corner shop.

"Stay here, I'll be out soon." Harry told Hedwig.

She flew up and landed in a nearby tree, examining the other small songbirds carefully.

Harry smiled at the sight before opening the door and walking in. He quickly went over to the medication area and found a small box of sleeping pills, and walked over to the cash register. He paid, "No bag, thanks."

"Harry?"

Harry quickly stuffed the small box into his pockets and swung his head around.

It was Cedric Diggory.
