Ryu's POV

'What have I done?'

I was just floating in the middle of space with a bunch of destroyed rocks everywhere.

'What did I do?'

I couldn't breathe and it was kind of cold but then some kind of light shined on me.

'Am I in heaven?'

But I looked to my side and I saw something or someone float to me with some kind of light shining from behind her. I looked and my eyes widened a bit as I saw that it was Lydia as she hugged me.

I was brought back to this flying vehicle called a raven and we entered it. I couldn't hear anything but I could feel the activity around me as someone put an airfit mask on me.

Lydia was talking to me but I couldn't hear and I didn't bother to try to understand what she was saying.

I inhaled and I began to feel drowsy and dizzy so I just relaxed and closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Lydia's POV

We got back onto the carrier and a bunch of MVA agents carried Ryu's on a stretcher and ran to the infirmary.

I got off the raven and sat on a box and sighed as all the civilians from that earth were just filling up the carrier.

"There's a billion refugees scattered in our fleet." said Kurt, "We can find them another planet but this is war."

"Kishimoto..." I whispered

"I'm sorry." he whispered

I began to cry into my hand as I remembered the shit we had to go through together.

"Ma'am the chip." said a MVA agent

He hands me a gun where you insert a chip in someone's arm.

"Thanks." I said

I took it and approached the heroes, they all looked sad and dreadful for the loss of their home.

"We're going to inject these chips into your forearm, it'll help us teleport you around and keep track of where you are." I said

Without saying a word they got up and I started injecting them with the chip.

"What's the point of fighting?" asked the guy with white hair

I didn't respond so he just dropped the question and left.

"Is there a way to get our earth back?" asked a girl with black hair tied up into a ponytail

I shrugged and I finished up injecting the chips into their forearms.

"Ma'am Ryu's awake."

I ran to the medbay and when I came in Ryu was laying on a metal stretcher with an airfit mask on. Doctors around him began to make some final adjustments and one of them approached me.

"He's too emotional right now, one more burst he'll destroy another earth." said the doctor

I nodded and all the doctors left so I slowly approached him. His eyes were open but I could see fear and sadness in those eyes.

"Kishimoto..." he whispered

"What happened?" I asked

Ryu closed his eyes and tears began to come out of his eyes.

"He saved me, he took Demon's blow." he whispered

He began sobbing and he balled his fists and small lightning bolts began to form around his hand.
