Summary - Sirius blacks younger sister and James Potter had a bit of a fling that ended rather sourly. When she is disowned from her parents after they found out about her association with "blood traitors" shes staying at the leaky cauldron when Sirius and James find her.

Warning - disowned by family I guess. Oh and kissing but that just a kiss so you know.

A/n - It's short in comparison to my other ones because I didn't really know what to do with it but I liked the idea so I wrote it anyway. I also hate my writing in this one but again I like the story line so I'm posting it anyway.

They had checked everywhere for her. As soon as Sirius had realised his sister had been disowned he freaked out, especially considering he had absolutely no idea where she was. He thought that she would have come to James', to at least talk to him and tell him what she planned to do considering he was her brother. But she never.

James tried to reassure Sirius as best he could. She was a Black after all, she could look after herself. But then again she was also fighting against the blacks so that changed things a little.

James was worried, of course he was. He loved her, he had done for years. They had dated briefly in 5th year and now 6 months later they barely talked. She had gotten distant when her mother found out and he told her he never wanted to talk to her again and proceeded to tell her she was the worst thing that ever happened to him. He regretted the words practically straight away. She, like Sirius, had her fair amount of issues due to her family life and what he said would have hurt but it was to late for that now.

They had been searching for her for days now, every friend she had that they could think of had been contacted followed by any other disowned family members who would take her in, however none of them had seen nor heard from her. Sirius' mind had automatically suspected the worst, that they had done something to her. And with that thought the searching got more desperate.

Y/n hadn't even considered going to the potters, she had fucked up her relationship with James and through that also his family. She knew he wouldn't want her there and she wasn't willing to intrude. He couldn't even look at her so why would she guilt him into letting her live with them.

She didn't know if the news had gotten out yet, about her being disowned. It had been a long time coming so she was pretty certain it would have. But would Sirius really care. When her relationship with James had deteriorated, though Sirius only thought it a friendship, so to did what was left of her and her brothers. Sure they talked and would greet each other in the hallway but the sibling bond was almost completely broken.

The room she had at the leaky cauldron was nothing like her room at home. It was drafty and dusty. It wasn't particularly clean but at the end of the day she had very little money and needed somewhere to sleep. She could have went to Lily's but she didn't want to be a burden, or maybe Marlene's but she would no doubt contact Sirius and then she would have to deal with the endless questions or just a cold shoulder.

It was late when they found her. James felt unbelievably stupid when he realised he hadn't checked the leaky cauldron. It was the most likely place of everywhere in the wizarding world. So him and Sirius apparated straight outside the pub and made there way to the reception.

"Hello love, I was wondering if you have anyone staying here right now called Y/n Black. I'm her brother and she's gone missing" Sirius explained flirtatiously to the bar maid and she told him to wait a minute before disappearing into the back giggling to check the book.
