Millys pov

"Why are you here?" I asked jax after I opened the door.

"I wanted to check on you then I was going to see Abel and Emory."

I sighed and let him in. "Im fine. Im sorry again, I can normally get Happy to calm down and somewhat think before he acts."

"Itll be alright Milly. You and Em gonna stay here or do you need some help finding a rental?"

"Hap told me there was no way he would let us stay in a hotel so I guess he's going to stay at the clubhouse. Im going to look for a house close enough to Charming that its not a big deal to come to an easy custody agreement."

"Why don't you find one in Charming. If anything happened you and our daughter would be closer to the club, daycare would be easier and when she starts school."

"I will think about it Jackson." Even though I dont want to live in Charmings limit I know it would be easier for Em. "I need to find a job savings will only last us so long. I will do what is best for Em, I always have."

He winced.

"Shit. No I didn't mean that in any way, I just meant I've always put her needs before what I wanted or needed. Okay ill just stop now."

He chuckled "dont apologize Milly you're right. Its been you since day one no matter how much I want to change it thats the truth. Let me know what you decide or if you need any help."

"I will. I want Em to be happy and i know being here or as close as we can will do it. Don't worry im not going to take her from you or you from her."

"You could always read my mind." He smirked "well im gonna go spend time with my kids." His smiled got bigger "still crazy I have two kids, I, we have a daughter. Thank you for her."

"You helped make her." I laughed

"Yeah that was the fun part." He winked

"It sure was, but don't even start that. As long as your wife is okay with it I dont mind if Abel comes over here to spend time with Em. I like that they already seem close."

"Of course that'll be fine. Do you want to join us? Maybe go to the park or something."

"That sounds nice but I'm going to stay here get some things done and look up houses. You go spend time with your kids and be careful."

"Yeah, right, okay. Let me know if you need anything or have questions about the area the house is in. If yall aren't going to live in Charming I would love if you wouldn't live in mayan territory or near the nords."

"Thats a reasonable request. I'll just see what's out there. Have fun with the kids Jackson."

He nodded his head but when he looked up went pale and seemed nervous. I raised an eyebrow "Whats wrong?"

"I uh, um how do I do this? The both of them I mean. What if one of the runs off? What if one of them gets hurt cause you know there's only one of me and there's two of them! What if she decides she doesn't like me or wants nothing to do with me. Shit. Fuck. Please go with us? What if I lose them?" He ran his hands through his hair and over his face.

I pulled him into the house "calm down Jackson. I think you'll be able to handle both of them. Emory already adores you. But fine i will go but just to help. Don't get no crazy ideas. Just worrying shows how much you care and how much they mean to you. Give me a minute and I'll be ready to go." I shut the door then went towards the room we always stayed in. I just wanted to sit here and work through my anger towards my brother. I'm sure it's hard for Jackson to come to terms about our daughter so I get him being nervous.
