Ch.10

"Hey, Y/N.....Y/N? Y/N wake up!" I immediately shot up, I was in class & Angelica was next to me. "So, have you figured it out yet?" I rubbed my eyes &I tried to stay awake.

"Uh, yeah don't worry, I got this." I smiled. "Um did you get new contacts or something?" Angelica asked. "No, why?" "You're eyes are a completely different color."

"Wait what?" I picked up my mirror phone & went to the camera & saw my eyes were a completely different color. It was the same color when I was looking in the mirror of the story book of legends.

"It's probably nothing." I put my phone down & tried to pay attention to the lesson.

Angelica tried to pay attention, but she was too worried.

*After Class*

I was putting away my text books then Angelica said; "Are you sure you're ok? Your eyes were a completely different color." "I'm pretty sure it's nothing."

Angelica scoffed; "Yeah, right." She whispered. "I know you're worried for me, but I'm seriously fine. What if it means I've become more powerful?" I smiled. "I doubt that, then why aren't Raven's eyes that way? She's really powerful."

"Who cares about Raven?!" I yelled, my eyes went back to that color again. Angelica's eyes widened. "Y-Y/N it was just a question, I-I was just wondering whether or not it meant s-something different." Y/N just slammed her locker door & left.

Angelica was completely freaked out & went to find Raven.

*Time Skip*

"Raven!" Angelica shouted. Raven turned around & saw Angelica running down the hall to her. "Angelica, are you ok? What's wrong?" Raven asked. "I know you're sister would kill me but I think there's something incredibly wrong with her." "What do you mean?" Raven immediately started to worry.

"Lately her eyes have been changing color & I don't know if that's a bad thing but it's making me worried." Angelica twiddled her thumbs. "How do you know she just wanted to change her eye color, is there really a limit to her power?" Briar said.

"There's a limit to everything," Raven said to Briar. "Angelica just keep an eye on her & make sure she's ok." "Are you sure? Maybe it would be better if you were with her, my voodoo can only do so much to her if she loses control of herself."

"If she does end up going crazy call me & I'll be there asap." Raven said. "Ok." Angelica sighed & rubbed her arm.

Y/N's POV

I was sitting on a bench outside of Ashlynn's store. I was so lost that I didn't hear someone call my name.

"Y/N.....Y/N!" I immediately jolted, "What-?" I said with my eyes slightly widened. "Sorry, I yelled you just looked a little sad." Ashlynn said, then sat next to me. I scooted away from her.

"I know this is question will bother you, but have you thought of any intense consequences of becoming the evil queen?" "Wha- Why would I? I know what's going to happen, I'm not dumb." I said slightly annoyed.

"I didn't what to make it seem like I was calling you dumb, just what if something was to happen to Raven, or your friends, what would you do?" I was silent for a moment, "I'd most likely be the one to put them in that danger." I replied coldly.

Ashlynn's eyes widened, "Are you saying that you'd be willing to hurt your sister or friends?!" She asked in disbelief. ".....Just enjoy today." I said then walked away.

No One's POV

Ashlynn was taken aback at Y/N's words, she felt like her heart was going to pound out of her chest. "What's she planning?" Ashlynn thought.

*Mini Time Skip*

Y/N opened the door to her room & saw Angelica. "Hey, Y/N can we tal-." "No need." I replied, I shut the door behind me & went to the wall & pulled out the book. "Enough wasting time, it's time to take over."

Angelica bit the inside of her cheek, she was a little quiet. "What's wrong?" Y/N asked. "Nothing," Angelica stood up. "Let's do this." Y/N raised a brow. "You're hesitant, tell me why are you?" Y/N asked coldly.

"I-I'm not." Angelica smiled. "Don't lie, just tell me." Angelica hesitated for a moment. "I just don't want to cause pain to the innocent.." Angelica avoided Y/N's gaze.

"I thought you wanted to follow your destiny? If you are that means you're going to hurt people, grow up." Angelica's eyes widened. "Last chance, are you with me or not?"

Angelica had to think quickly & it made her panic. "I'm-."

That's the end of this chapter. I'll probably show both options Angelica makes, which will lead to different endings. Oh yeah did I forget to mention there's going to be more than one ending?
