Chapter 2

The sound of the car stopping and bakugo placing it into park makes Izuku jolt awake. His eyes crack open slowly and he looks out the window to see the club outside, his foggy mind making him take a few moments to remember to unbuckle his seatbelt. Bakugo opens his door and steps out of the car before walking around to open Izuku's door and lift him out of the car.

"Just keep sleeping, babe... I'll take you to bed." Bakugo quietly whispers.

Izuku quietly whines and curls into Bakugos chest as he closes his eyes again and drifts in and out of sleep. Bakugo in the meantime slowly starts walking towards the entrance, careful to not bump Izuku around as he slowly climbs the steps. His arms wrap tighter around Izuku to keep him cradled warmly against him before reaching the door and he carefully opens it with his right hand, leaning back so Izuku is leaned against him.

Once inside the dark club, Bakugo starts heading up the stairs towards their apartment, each step making Izuku grip slightly tighter to his chest. Once inside their room, Bakugo sets Izuku down on their bed slowly, pulling the covers over him and tucking him in before walking back towards the kitchen slowly.

As soon as he reaches the kitchen, he pulls out his phone to check if Todoroki sent him anything, but seeing nothing he puts his phone back in his pocket and walks to the bathroom before beginning to a shower.

The next morning, Izuku wakes first. His hair messy and his eyes glazed with sleep as he rolls over to look at the time. After a few tries of rubbing his eyes he can tell it's almost ten and sits up as he slides his feet off of the bed with a quiet groan. Izuku's face cracks a half smile as he stands and slowly walks towards the kitchen, his stomach growling quietly as he reaches the fridge.

Opening the fridge to look inside, Izuku sees a bunch of different things: Milk, eggs, vegetables, and meats, however he doesn't see anything quick or easy to cook. He closes the fridge with a groan before walking towards the front door and slowly opening it, a yawn leaving him as he walks out and freezes at the sound of a paper crunching. Looking down, he sees a small folded piece of paper labeled "Izuku and Bakugo".

He slowly reaches down and picks it up before heading back inside, his hunger forgotten as he opens the letter with a nervous sigh. The letter is neatly written and even has a name attached with the ending.

[[ Izuku and Bakugo, You don't know me currently, however I must tell you that you being marked abandoned was not an accident and it also was not done in any sort of good favor. It was meant as an attack and you should see it as one before it ends up getting to you again. -D]]

After reading it, Izuku quickly closes it and runs to their bedroom, sitting next to bakugo and slowly shaking him.

"B-bakugo... W-wake up... please..." Izuku speaks with a small, nervous stutter.

Bakugo groans and rolls his head away before slowly opening his eyes and looking towards Izuku with a concerned expression.

"What's wrong babe?" He says as he slowly reaches one of his hands up to cup Izuku's face with a small smile.

Izuku lifts the note up, slowly handing it to bakugo before sitting back and watching him warily. Bakugo on the other hand takes it and quickly opens it, clearly unsure about what it could say that would be able to upset Izuku in this way. After a few moments of reading he crushes the paper up and throws it towards the trash can before quickly grabbing Izuku and pulling him down on top of himself.

"Nothing is going to happen to you, you understand?" Bakugo speaks sternly, a quiet hum in his voice. "Don't listen to those letters, their just from that shigaraki guy and he's trying to freak you out..."

Izuku nods slowly, burying his face deeper into bakugo's shoulder as he holds onto him. After a few moments, Bakugo begins sitting up and wrapping Izuku properly around him with a small smile. He then slowly stands and walks towards the kitchen, setting Izuku down on the counter and getting ingredients and pans together to start breakfast. Izuku on the other hand is staring at his hands and slowly messing with them nervously.

"Izuku... I'm sorry our honeymoon didn't go to plan... I'll get it fixed and we'll try again later, okay?" Bakugo says softly as he mixes ingredients next to him.

Izukus head shoots up, looking at bakugo slowly. "I just wanted our honeymoon to be perfect! Why can't we have something nice after all this! It's not fair..." He slowly becomes quiet again and looks back down.

Bakugo sighs and lifts Izuku's chin. "Give me some time, alright? I'll make everything perfect... I just need to figure out who this guy is and where he is."

Izuku nods slowly and watches him making the breakfast.

The three of them standing in the kitchen, a yellow haired boy with a black lightning bolt at the coffee pot while the purple haired and the white and red haired men sit at the table locked deep in conversation, untouched food sitting in front of them and both looking a bit tense.

"Well, what exactly happened with him? Why was he marked abandoned?" Todoroki asks slowly.

"I don't know, Todo... I'm going to look into it while I'm at work, alright?" Shinso replies slowly, Todoroki giving a slow nod in reply as Kaminari brings the three coffee cups over to the table.

"Calm down guys, lets just have a nice morning and talk about it later tonight..." Kaminari says quietly, his demeanor still a bit nervous.

Todoroki looks over at him with a smile and leans forward as he pulls Kaminari closer before kissing him on the cheek. "Sure, kami."

The three of them sit around the table, eating their breakfasts and drinking coffee as some light conversation is made. Todoroki sends a quick text to Bakugo before relaxing and returning to the rest of their morning.

Izuku smiles and slowly walks towards the door, the redheaded man next to him with a soft smile on his face. "I'll see you later, Kirishima."

Kirishima opens the door slowly, looking back at Izuku and Bakugo at the top of the stairs with his arms crossed as he relaxes against the wall. "See ya, Thanks for giving me a place to stay while they fixed my status."

Izuku gives a small nod and a hum before Kiri closes the door and he walks towards the bar slowly, Uraraka and Hunter already beginning the setup for the night.

"Everyone ready for our party night?" Izuku calls with a chuckle.

Uraraka nods with a small hum as she sets glasses on the counter. "It's gonna be busy, that's for sure!"

Izuku nods as Bakugo walks up behind him slowly. "However, we have the staff and the club to handle it all..."
