"The more you seek for the truth, the more the tragedies you get." Rin tried to convince her best friend to stop doing things that could risk his life.

"Tragedies may happen anytime and at any place. Whether you asked for it or not, it will still come along our ways. And that's the truth" A firm response given by Dylan

"But knowing the whole thing about myself, that could be the only way I could live the life without any wonders and without anything to be feared about" He added.

"And who had given you the assurance that after knowing the truth, you can live the life as you desire?" She raised her voice as she tried to make Dylan understood her thoughts.

"Why can't you just be like this? Why do you always seek for trouble? To meet for more pain? More threat?  I beg you. Look what happened to you now, you were just trying to design your deathbed when in fact you have your choice to avoid it.

"The more I avoid such things, the more it will approach me. It haunts me every time and you never had the idea about it. If I die because of it, I will never regret the things I did. It's all for myself - all for my peace. I will not hold grudges to myself or to anyone. I just want to know who I am. Or if this place, this world, is really the place I should be." He explained.

"What if – what if one day, I will no longer see you waking up?" she had thrown her last response and the silence dominated every corner of the room.

Rin went out of the room, she knew that stopping Dylan would be difficult to no probability of making it. He would only give Rin time to speak but whatever she said despite that, things remained the same, though how much she highlighted and emphasized all the danger, all the risks, all the possible consequences that awaited him he will never listen.

She had gotten no choice but to cry all by herself and support the man that she only had after losing everyone she loved.

Special Part - All about Rin

[FLASHBACK]

Back when she was nine on a gloomy afternoon after her class, their house had caught fire. She was ten meters away from their backyard when something exploded inside. Both of the house and her parents didn't survive. Her eyes couldn't get off of the burning house. She didn't know what to do. She fell down on the ground and lost her consciousness.

That day, Dylan was on his way to his place when she noticed a girl who had lost her consciousness in front of a burning house. He ran towards the girl to check what happened. He tried waking her up but the girl was unresponsive. He checked her pulse it was fine. He carried the girl and rushed to the hospital.

She woke up from a 13-hour sleep facing a strange man at the left of her hospital bed.

"Who are you? She asked to the man who appeared to be worried about her.

Leaving no respond for the girl's question, Dylan went out of the room and ran to the nurse station to bring in their knowledge about the gaining of the patient's consciousness.

The attending physician asked Rin how she felt at the moment. She didn't give any response.

"Sir, the girl was traumatized during the event she had been through before losing her consciousness. Perhaps, that may cause her not to be attentive to us this time. Moreover, please inform us her personal data in case she finally gave you those."

[Dylan]

Who's this girl? Why do I have to save her? Why I felt terrified upon seeing her? Why couldn't I just leave her in the hospital? Though how much I wanted to leave, why I couldn't do it by will?

Rin focused her attention to the wall in front of her while Dylan had all his eyes to her and waiting for a word she would say.

"Who are you?" frowning, Rin finally had ended the silence.

"Firstly, I would be happy if I could at least hear a thank you from you." Dylan put down his half-filled cup of coffee and crossed his arms.

Rin didn't say anything, instead she kept on giving a sour face to the man he just met – confused.

"Well, brat, I'm Dylan at your service" he winked

The girl felt embarrassed as the man in front of her moved his face few inches away from her as if she was about to receive a kiss.

[Rin]

Wait what, who's this handsome man I am talking to? I couldn't remember any acquaintance like him before? – and the heck! why does he had to be this perfectly created? After I gave a glimpse, I couldn't stop myself from looking at his confused eyes, his lips that may appear dry but the shape was so - Oh my gosh! Lord, if you send this angel to get me – Yes please!

"Yo!" Dylan tapped the girl's head

Rin didn't give any information about her. On the other hand, he asked Dylan to help her escape from the hospital. Since the one she asked for a help was enthused about doing exciting adventure, he easily got his new friend's back.

They planned about the amazing escape as if they were about to role play the Ocean's 8 movie starred by Sandra Bullock and Anne Hathaway who planned a sophisticated heist at the annual Met Gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

Dylan stole a lab gown and a wheel chair. He entered the room and told the attending nurse that the patient was scheduled for an x-ray test. The nurse was busy with her phone and it made them easier to do the things as they planned. They went out of the room. He gave the bag with jeans, skirt, wig and shades.

They managed to walk outside the hospital and ran through the big city embracing the freedom they achieved for an Ocean's 8 escape.

From then on, Rin was with Dylan's domain and responsibility. They enjoyed being together without Dylan knowing anything544rom her. He chose to go with the flow and enjoy the company as well.

(END OF FLASHBACK)

Dylan haven't gained his consciousness in the recovery room yet. Mr. Drake stood there for five hours already. His mind travelled back on the incident happened six hours ago inside the elevator. Confused - terrified - couldn't absorb the scene where the man in black he held just disappeared in a way that he never had encountered before. The swift shifting of a man into a dark mist was never a normal escape scenario.

He only had one way to fill in the bottle of his ocean thoughts. The things that only Dylan could unravel.

On the other hand, the man that could give the answers to him was still in a deep sleep.
